Thankyou for making this trip so smooth. Everything was perfect. Driver Bhaiya was very friendly and helpful. The only thing which was off was La Kupar In hotel as they were not very responsive and slow in service, even Driver bhaiya also said they gave him dinner at 10.30 pm which was not good as he also needed to rest.But I know it's not your fault,it's La Kupar In's problem.Other than that we enjoyed alot and had a great time on this trip. Thanks for the cooperation whenever required.

We were especially delighted by your thoughtful efforts to accommodate our vegetarian dietary needs, a truly unexpected and appreciated surprise. (1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. This trip did not disappoint. It was wonderful! Cab driver was excellent and the variety of venues and hotels was great. The Golden Sands hotel was great, but no hot water in the morning. Hotel Breakfast was good. Overall recommended and Kunal was great at helping the planning and coordination.

I took a 5 day trip to Sikkim with family through vacation venue. Some points to note:- •Kriti Rai is extremely helpful and helped to make a complete customized tour plan including north Sikkim and parts of west and south covering a few monasteries and other places of interest which we wanted. •The hotels provided in Gangtok, Lachen and Lachung were all very nice and we were able to find all the amenities, specially food which was really good everywhere. •Overall tour was within my budget and did not create a big hole in the pocket. My only suggestion is regarding driver provided for north Sikkim, who was a bit late to arrive on all days and even though Mt. Katao was closed for visit,I had to pay the full amount (as it was outside my itinerary) despite the fact that we couldn't even travel halfway. Except this, everything was perfect. Overall, I would recommend booking tours through vacation venue.
