Hotels provided by agent was genuine enough and was given good amount of choices to choose from. Though could have been better always specially the one in Srinagar where we spent 03 nights. Can provided was in perfect new shape only issue with cab was driver driving way too slow and was inexperienced not related to driving but related to points, places to roam at. Driver was not aware about proper points detailing and was lacking bit of experience in terms of giving accurate info and details to passengers travelling, these caused us to pay at places where we actually did not need to pay. It was a nice trip, we went Jaisalmer for the first time and it's amazing. Our cab driver was awesome and punctual he was there before time. We got to know so many things about Jaisalmer and their culture. We covered all the places and now we can can Jaisalmer is such a beautiful place to see. Golden City with golden heart people. Only camel owners are not good they are harrisng camel 梁 i suggest to go for sunset point only as they convince to go far and charge huge amount. I was not upset for what they charge I was upset for the way they treat camels, poor souls got tired and they are not ready to gave them rest for sometime.. for camel riders their should be some rules, like how many rounds should they do. That's it rather than it was almost good. One more person I want to mention our guide from bada bagh chatri was also good, he explained us well as well as shoot some photos for us. Bada bagh chatri, tanot mata mandir and longewala.

It was a great trip as most of it was planned by us and was guided a bit by White Monkeys. Having a car with a driver at all times was great. The driver was also very sweet and humble. Apart from the things that worked there were many moments of miscommunication from the travel agent which made us lose money. In certain cases we also had our shortcomings, but the discount opportunities were not communicated to us by the travel agent. We were misled about the timings of our jeep tour for Yala National Park, we were not told about the saarc country discounts, the driver had very little knowledge about places. All of these definitely made us feel that we overpaid atleast 200usd for the package. The travel agent also didn't accept these issues and chose not to respond. It was a great trip but these were the only moments of disappointment and frustration.
