Exotic trails (and especially Pradeesh) made the whole journey splendid, smooth and quite an enjoyable one. He was knowledgeable abt the places, had engaging conversations, very helpful and resourceful during the entire trip. I had planned for a short and customised trip to Meghalaya & Guwahati. The trip was very well arranged by Mr. Illias the owner of NorthEast Window Travel.He was very prompt in receiving my calls & checking up regularly as I was a solo traveller. Hotels which were booked were good. Places visited were as per the itinerary as I have customised it. The best part of my trip was my visit to Maa Kamakhya temple which was well arranged before hand by Mr. Illias and secondly he personally took me to the best & authentic store to purchase Muga silk saree which is the pride of Assam. An excellent vacation, thanks to the Team at Felix Feria. There were other more 'economical' packages on offer by other agencies (for the same itinerary as well), but we went ahead with FF anyways - banking on their assurance of "there will be no surprises or last minute hidden costs escalation" in their package. And indeed it went absolutely as promised ! Must mention here that our cab driver in Bali (Mr Wayan) - a very cheerful, punctual and understanding person, made our cab trips an absolute pleasure. Thanks Felix Feria Team for making the vacation a memorable one for me and my family.

We are group of 4 people booked 5 days,4 nights in bhutan. We enjoyed the trip. Everything was above our expectations. Our guide and driver were awesome

The trip was organised really amazingly by Sandhya Mam. Any query was solved instantly on WhatsApp chat only did not even had to call her. The cab driver Rahul Singh was really great. All the three hotels Bellevue Palace Shimla, Mountain cliff Manali and Oak Valley Dharamshala staff was really cooperative and welcoming. It was a great trip overall. Really happy with my experience.
