ers were pretty helpful and punctual (except one in Darjeeling who almost ruined it towards the end). However, Alka aways followed up well and was one call away in case of any help needed.

The only problem was mismanagement and operational issues. Most of the time the cab vendor was getting in touch with me for payment. Either there was some confusion or payment issue, I already had done full payment so why should I get bothered.

Poor service and planning no commitment and only focus was to make sure we are paying full amount asap.

We trusted turn on vacation n sandeep for best service but in return we got horrible experience only because t
hey assigned drivers who is arrogant, rude, eats gutka n spits , talks continuously on mobile while driving, doesn’t guide you for anything..it was nightmare for us to adjust with such nonsense fellow and sandeep or turn on vacation was helpless in this matter though we reported this issue.
Please be careful while choosing driver dont ignore as we had to suffer a lot.
