Everything from planning to execution was exceptionally good. Bon-voyage tours ant travel agency from Bhutan was excellent with their itinerary modifications as per our needs, our tour guide was very professional , driver was very good. Highly recommended!

The tour was awesome and without any hassles. Our pickups and drops from airport and to airport were always on time, and the tour bus was always on time. This helped us from nuances of delays.full rating for this. The tour guide was quite gentle kind and pleasing and always answered all our questions, we had great discussions and cultural knowledge exchange with Bijay Gurung on the trip. The bus captain was quite amiable and was always drove with cool mind ensuring absolute safety. The hotel staff was well informed by our tour operator GreenZone (Sharmila Ma'am). It is highly notable that Sharmila Ma'am always responded all our questions how much ever basic and silly could be within no time. She has her WhatsApp always on, and gives a lot of priority to customers' queries and always answers promptly. Her continuous help and guidance made our journey very well informed and comfortable as we knew where we are ad what we are supposed to do. A big thank you to Sharmila Ma'am and her team for making my daughter's first birthday grand in Bhutan. Heartfelt Kadin Chhe to you and Bhutan. Without travel triangle we won't be able to find the right Travel partner so easily. 

The hotel in Munnar was very good. The house boat was not clean

We had a great trip nicely organised by Ms. Sharmila also got warm welcome by her at Thimphu , we went with family of elders and kid all arrangements were outstanding. Thanks to Ms. Sharmila for everything

1. Hotel charged us additionally for early check in and there were no room available in the category we booked. So we had to upgrade room by paying extra. It added cost to our trip than what we expected. 2. Timing was not as per the itinerary. 3. The agent was not helpful when there was a change in flight timings by the airline. They were not even reachable. They did not communicate the change in flight time though they had received the communication via email from the airlines. We had to rush to the airline counter and request to the change flight . 4. Communication was difficult with the drivers

Had a great and excellent trip which was organised by Green zone destinations. All hotels were good. Guide(Lobzang tshering)and driver (Tnima) were always available and helpful. Special thanks to our trip organiser - Mr Gyam sharma who had helped us in police FIR and documentation from Indian embassy in thimpu when one person in our group has lost her identity document. He had taken so much care and didn't allow us to miss any sightseeing place. Overall satisfied with the service and value for money service. Highly recommend Green zone destinations.

Absolutely loved the entire trip planned for us by FlyGoldfinch! Every step from itinerary planning, visa, customization of activities, Kruti, Komal and Gautam from the team were incredibly helpful. Having 24/7 help and service while actually in holiday destination was also super helpful. Hotel room was not ready when we reached the place and we were waited along with the kids for a while. Please ensure to make the room available and ready to checkin .. Otherwise the overall experience was good and had a great time.. Special mention to the driver Viswa.He was very polite and well experienced about the route and the places.
