We had opted for 3 days Paris and 4 days in Switzerland. Anmol from Knowravel Holiday Services was extremely helpful in arranging the trip along with Visa assistance. Hotel room was not ready when we reached the place and we were waited along with the kids for a while. Please ensure to make the room available and ready to checkin .. Otherwise the overall experience was good and had a great time.. Special mention to the driver Viswa.He was very polite and well experienced about the route and the places. It was good trip. However the itinerary could have been better planned as more time was spent in travelling than sight seeing. Other wise Prashant from Clipago was very helpful and cooperative

That being said, we did face some disappointment regarding the final payment process. The clarification about the remaining balance was not addressed until the end of the trip, with repeated remainders, which caused some confusion and stress. The required travel vouchers were never posted in the portal until the end. But thanks to Sophie, who came to our rescue. It would have been much more convenient if all these issues had been resolved earlier in the process. Overall, we are grateful for the experience and Sophie's excellent service. We enjoyed our first international family trip. Especially my son had a great time. The room was quite small, with a queen-size bed that made it difficult for three people to sleep comfortably. Despite messaging the salesperson for assistance, we received no response, but we managed.

I recently traveled to Thailand with travel triangle, and overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The arrangements were seamless, and the transfers between locations were well-coordinated, making the trip stress-free. Each of the five days was planned out well, and the sights we visited were amazing. However, on one occasion, I had to wait for two hours in the hotel lobby due to a scheduling oversight by the company. This was quite frustrating and did impact that particular day of the trip. I hope the company addresses this issue to ensure smoother experiences in the future.

It was an amazing trip arranged by mountain heavens. Harshita co-operated with us & shared the itinerary as per the customization that we needed. She even called us during the journey to check on us if everything was going well. Above everything, Tarun who was our driver, guide, friend everything during the entire 9 day trip & made our experiences at every destination even better. He guided us correctly, he kept checking on us if we were comfortable or needed anything. And also had fun with us like a friend. Highly recommend Tarun for every trip planned by mountain heavens.
