The travel agent is very responsive..bus is very clean..driver is very obedient Every moment throughout trip is a beautiful memory..this is the best trip in my life

1. Hotel charged us additionally for early check in and there were no room available in the category we booked. So we had to upgrade room by paying extra. It added cost to our trip than what we expected. 2. Timing was not as per the itinerary. 3. The agent was not helpful when there was a change in flight timings by the airline. They were not even reachable. They did not communicate the change in flight time though they had received the communication via email from the airlines. We had to rush to the airline counter and request to the change flight . 4. Communication was difficult with the drivers

Had a great and excellent trip which was organised by Green zone destinations. All hotels were good. Guide(Lobzang tshering)and driver (Tnima) were always available and helpful. Special thanks to our trip organiser - Mr Gyam sharma who had helped us in police FIR and documentation from Indian embassy in thimpu when one person in our group has lost her identity document. He had taken so much care and didn't allow us to miss any sightseeing place. Overall satisfied with the service and value for money service. Highly recommend Green zone destinations.

Absolutely loved the entire trip planned for us by FlyGoldfinch! Every step from itinerary planning, visa, customization of activities, Kruti, Komal and Gautam from the team were incredibly helpful. Having 24/7 help and service while actually in holiday destination was also super helpful. Reliable, Smooth and Cost effective trip organized for couple by Mr. Danish ji, who is a good handler n dedicated man. What was said, they delivered, along with upgradation like ertiga instead of sedan with polite n informative drivers. Visit to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Zozila pass, Drass, Kargil b/w 07/10/024 - 10/10/024. Saw live snowfall, breathtaking landscape, apple orchards, local culture. Hotels: Mehtaab palace-Srinagar, Glacier Heights-Sonmarg, Inshallah houseboat-Nigen lake. All are near 4 star decent properties in city centric locations. Buffet has veg n non-veg options with good taste. It was travel triangle mediated trip. Recommending Capture Kashmir!!! Apart from above between Jammu-Srinagar to n fro, JKSRTC SML deluxe ac govt bus can be used, which z reliable n comfortable. 7.30am from trc Srinagar; 7.30am from Jammu railway. Travel duration: 7-8 hrs with 2 halts for snacks.

We had opted for 3 days Paris and 4 days in Switzerland. Anmol from Knowravel Holiday Services was extremely helpful in arranging the trip along with Visa assistance. Hotel room was not ready when we reached the place and we were waited along with the kids for a while. Please ensure to make the room available and ready to checkin .. Otherwise the overall experience was good and had a great time.. Special mention to the driver Viswa.He was very polite and well experienced about the route and the places. It was good trip. However the itinerary could have been better planned as more time was spent in travelling than sight seeing. Other wise Prashant from Clipago was very helpful and cooperative

The clarification about the remaining balance was not addressed until the end of the trip, with repeated remainders, which caused some confusion and stress. The required travel vouchers were never posted in the portal until the end. But thanks to Sophie, who came to our rescue. It would have been much more convenient if all these issues had been resolved earlier in the process. Overall, we are grateful for the experience and Sophie's excellent service. We enjoyed our first international family trip. Especially my son had a great time. The room was quite small, with a queen-size bed that made it difficult for three people to sleep comfortably. Despite messaging the salesperson for assistance, we received no response, but we managed.
