Cab driver was very punctual and cooperative. Hotels were averaged to good( kovalam avg, munnar good), the complaint is only that, the cab alloted us were very much old. During driving it catched up smoke by engine, when we called travel agent she neither received our call nor call us back. Anyways, the overall experience was good especially as per price point. Alleppy beach, munnar hills, Thekkady jungle safari was interesting.

In the overall balance of things, it was a well organized trip. Barring a couple of issues here and there. We feel that the waiting of 3 to 4 hours on 13th was avoidable. Prompt courtesy and response would be a lot more appreciated. Thanks for everything team. We had a good time! We are heading back to homeland.

Everything was excellent, the Agent Shubhankar was very helping and supportive till my trip ends I highly appreciate him and thankful. But Tour Operator MR. PREMANAD was rude and not helpful and supportive. Many times he ignored our calls and we asked for car other than sightseeing and told him we will pay extra whatever will be the charges but he ignored that and did not respond for that. Please change your Cab Tour Operator Mr. Premanand otherwise no one will book your package because of this only.

The Travel Agent- Jubilant was one of the best that I've experienced with Travel Triangle. They were always available, very helpful and understanding. Ms. Swati deserves all the applaud and a special mention for she's been very helpful and concerned about our comfort.

We went to Switzerland and Austria in a group of 3 girls. Special thanks to Anmol for accommodating last minute cancellation and making sure we still did not end up paying extra and also for suggesting some great places to visit in Switzerland. Big thanks to Aniket for being with us from start to end and even during late night hours while we were on the trip. Very few agents go the extra mile to provide personalised service and guidance at each step. We were provided the best of hotels, each one near public transport. They even shared clear guidelines on how to reach every spot. I would definitely recommend Knowravel for planning Europe trips and I myself will avail their services repeatedly.

Firstly, Mr Sunil Kumar Panda from Navicrow convinced me to make this trip as I contemplated what to do during the second week of my holiday. He gave me a good itinerary and helped me close in on the trip. I went to Nainital, Kasauni, Saraikhet and Jim Corbett from Delhi. Firstly, Navicrow formed a WhatsApp group to assist me which I felt was very reassuring. All the initial hiccups were amicably sorted, especially with the cab, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Navicrow managed it well, but the driver and car that they sent were outstanding. Hotels-wise, I was extremely delighted with the choices provided in Kasauni and Saraikhet. There were not many choices in Nainital. But it could have been a lot better in Jim Corbett. Thanks to Navicrow for arranging a great trip. Wish them well.

We had a great experience right from booking to end of the trip. Rohit from Kingsland helped us in planning the trip very well. Fulfilled all the things we wanted to cover . And the planning was very customizable unlike other travel sites. During the trip the driver assigned to us was Mohanlal. He was amazing and very cooperative. The whole trip went by very smoothly with great memories. One negative feedback I have is about the hotel in Jaisalmer was not up to the mark. In terms of service and maintenance. We loved the experience at desert camp stay

Everything from planning to execution was exceptionally good. Bon-voyage tours ant travel agency from Bhutan was excellent with their itinerary modifications as per our needs, our tour guide was very professional , driver was very good. Highly recommended!
