For the 3rd night stay(At Thekkedy) we were initially told to be given The Patio hotel but changed afterwards to Hotel Hirange Plaza. Patio was way better than Highrange Plaza. The horrible experience we got in our final day stay at Kovalam in Ocean Bay Ayurvedic Ressort. No vehicle parking system was there. No direct road was there. We had to walk from our cab to the hotel for around 200mtr in heavy rain. At wood resort At Munnar was good. Pagoda Ressort at Thekkedy was the best hotel of our stay. And it actually was. The driver was good too.

Everything was great except few points. The cruise was a disappointment. Also, our hotel stay at marina was already communicated to agent but not sure why they chose cruise at the other side of town when there was an option right next to our hotel. Also, the tickets for penguin/acquarium were done last minute but the same has not been communicated to Rayna travels at Dubai properly. We had to face a lot of hassle on this day and even after 4 times confirming that pick up is not required still the driver showed up at our doorstep. Ither than this, everything else was good and hassle free.

Excellent Drivers: The drivers assigned to us were exceptional in terms of communication, behavior, and navigation skills. They were respectful, reliable, and made us feel safe throughout our journey. Cons: Lack of Transparency About Hotel Quality (Sea Hills, Port Blair): Although we selected the hotel Sea Hills in Port Blair ourselves, the agent, being familiar with the area, could have advised us about its poor quality. It would have been helpful to receive her local insights, as we later found out that many of the positive Google reviews for this hotel were misleading. Inadequate Vehicle Choice: With a group of seven adults, including four senior citizens and one baby, the Ertiga provided felt cramped for longer drives. A more spacious vehicle, such as a Xylo, would have been ideal for comfort. Unfortunately, this was not considered, which led to some discomfort for our group. Poor Hotel Room Quality in Last Stay (Sea Hills, Port Blair): The room we received at Sea Hills was below standard, with limited space and a bed positioned against the wall, giving a cramped and budget feel. Considering our group size and needs, we had expected a higher-quality room.
