We took a family trip to Georgia, Eastern Europe in May 2024. Our trip was organised by Travel Triangle, Gurgaon . It was an 8-day trip covering most of the beautiful destinations in Georgia. The entire journey was planned meticulously and went off smoothly. The guides and drivers were on time and very polite. They took us to most of the places around Georgia and were very helpful. During the period we covered most major destinations in Georgia except Batumi. We really enjoyed the local cuisine and ambience to the fullest. Our trip went without any issues and the holiday was a success. We had time on hand and were not rushed. Travel Triangle customised the itinerary as per our needs. On negative side – I feel that a couple of the guides did not really know much about the history or relevance of some of the places where they took us.

My trip to Leh was one of the much needed vacation after covid time . Have been to a leh first time and stayed in sangalay palace. No doubt its an amazing property and most important that it's very near to leh market and out of many things that comes to my mind most imp that makes this place amazing is the staff. Right from the check-in till check-out every one was simply awesome in their services.Frst day we met kushal Thakur at sangalay palace reception. He was so much fun to interact with and more or like a good friend of ours now . He was so helpful and thanks for his guidance through out the leh trip and even though our flight got cancelled due to bad weather ,he didn't even take a second and managed our stay again in sangalay palace and also for one of our new leh friend from London. And I would like to give a shout out to kitchen staff , housekeeping and of course kaka ji from guest house of sangaylay palace who quietly smiled and always ready for service. He did managed to serve Tea and Bread toast early morning around at 5 Am on a single call... And how can I forget Capt Jack (owner) and his family (Apaley and Amaley) who also made our stay just simply as wonderful. And at the End Thakur ji once again thanks for free Kahwa's ,n number of ☕ coffee's , breakfast and dinner buffet . Thanks for this wonderful gesture of yours. We booked accommodation in Gurgaon. The stay at KARMA LAKELANDS was outstanding and worth the money we paid. Services were top-notch and at par with our expectations

I went to shimla trip with my wife with privet cab for to & fro from gurgaon, i would request you please go through below feedback which may make your trip more hassle-free & enjoyable : 1. Hotel Royal Vista : Hotel location was not good at all, in addition to that food quality & menu not even average. 2. Amenities like: Geyser & Room heater not works properly even in this regard hotel management also not bothered. 3. In that colder environment [ Snowfall was there ] I took shower with cold water because geyser was not working or it takes huge time to warm-up the water. 4. I took honeymoon package [ Room decoration & Cake ], the quality of room decoration & Cake was not up to the mark, that cake you can easily get Rs. 100 / 150 Rupees easily, epic thing hotel person did they put up the " TAG " of " Happy Marriage Anniversary " on Cake because of that I have been scolded by my wife during the journey. 5. Last but not the least, agent may charge some extra amount with the name of " LUXURY ROOM " but once you will reached hotel than you came to know there is nothing which distinguish the normal room with luxury one. 6. Most important is security concern: hotel manager will not allow you to do your entry in their register, since I am a frequent traveler from last 10 years so i understand the importance of proper check in process, it may also get you in trouble during the police verification. I believe that above few points will surely help you out in choosing your travel-agency, the only thing which was good during the trip that was our " CAB " & " CAB DRIVER " but that was also belongs to a third-party agency. that was not a " TRAVEL TRIBE " cab it was hired bt TRAVEL TRIBE from outside. In short for next time i must have to think about different source for my travel so that i can make my trip more peaceful and enjoyable with more luxury amenities in same cost.

Initially we were suprised to know that itinerary carried by Direct Link cab driver was different than the one finalised by us with Tra vel Triangle, Gurgaon. India. We wasted few hours and finally Direct Link agreed to our itinerary. It will be of great help if a small write up of places with historical background is provided to tourists. The cab driver should be more informative on timings of Museum, Zoos etc., instead of telling the tourists that it is closed after reaching there. About Hotel accommodation barring HOTEL GRAND KHALUNDAWA at Dombulla, it is totally away from Town (about 10 KMs) and it is isolated. OVERALL, THE TRIP IS GOOD AND DRIVER IS VERY GOOD AND WELL BEHAVED.

Thanks for a nice trip. There were many positives and nice / polite helps which enables this marvelous trip. If you want an appreciation mail, We can give a detailed one separately. In this mail we are concentrating on improvement points. There were several errors and faults/gaps that could have been easily avoided. Overall we would like to rate the trip as 3.8 out of 5 scale regarding your help and service. The points to be noted. 1 ) In the bus from Haneda airport the driver asked " which Apa hotel you are going ? ... There are many Apa Hotels ? You should have told us ( Aradhana Family and the driver ) that the Apa Hotel near Nishi Shinjuku Gochome station is where we are going. I am attaching a screenshot from google maps in this discussion. You can help your customers with these kind of screen shot maps. As we were not sure, the driver found out with lot of trying with Japanese maps. 2 ) In Haneda airport we were busy locating the driver and searching for data card, so that we can establish communication. The condition that Tokyo metro pass can be activated only from Haneda airport was a big error choice from your side. We missed that and lost that pass fully. Metro train pass can be easily bought anywhere. You should have left that option to us, in case the driver did not turn up. 3 ) For Tokyo tour the bases leaves from a building next to Shinjuku police station. The police station is very prominently known by all. While searching " Love Building " or Love sign or Love statue in front of some building we realized that almost everyone does not speak English, nor there is any building named as " Love Building ". It was 1 chome Building and on the Footpath LOVE is made by structure. 3 ) At Toyoma no one speaks English. The Boys and Girls, Men and Women in Hotel counter also do not speak English. There was big confusion to realize that our rooms were booked the Number to Annex building 1/2 km away in Toyoko Inn Hotel chain and not in the main one near the station. If it was in the building near the station it would have been only 1 km walk with lots of luggage. We had to walk 1/2 km more. There was no lock in the bathrooms of the rooms to Toyoko Inn Hotel ( annex 2 ). These kind of rooms are dangerous as can cause major misunderstanding is someone enters the bathroom, while someone else is using it. 4 ) At Nagoa The Red Planet Hotel was very nice. But very far from Main Railway station. You should have advised us to go to the Hotel by Taxi from Station. We took train to a small station and then walked more than 2 km with luggage, as we were not sure of the best choices. 5 ) In general try to communicate to people with description of multiple landmarks. Your decision of sending our passports to Bangalore office after being rejected from Delhi should have been told to us. We were not aware of these decisions taken by you. We came to know about Visa delay very late. As per our understanding of dates, you sat on our passport, without any action for almost 1 week,( at Gurgaon ) and then rushed around. This is the main reason why we rated your service as 3.8 out of 5. Thanks and Regards Aradhana and Subhashish

Is se accha direct Travel Agent se hi tour book karo . Not Involve Third Party . Travel Triangle Is Third Party ,. My Mumbai Travel Agent Is Good Support for mi Thanks For Kajal And Mr. Keval . Travel Triangle Mr Pulkit mujhe First package Book karte Waqt Bole ITravel Insurance Milega , But package book karne ke bad Uska Koi Respose aya na Mujhe Insurance diya . Bola Gaya Insurance ka Date close ho gaya apko Insurance Nahi milega . Aur Wo Bhi mere Tour Ko 7 din Baki The Tabhi Bola . Group bhi add nahi kiya . Sab Travel Agent Ne kiya . Thailana Mai Jake hume dusre din thailand tour se call ata hai ki apka balance amt pay nahi kiya hai. Taki Humne pura payment kar diya tha . fir bhi hume wah pe call aya . aur apaka tour rok diya jayega. aisa bola . bad service for tarvel triangle . not book Ur tour .

First of all, I would like to thank the agents based in Gurgaon, Nikita and Kuber for all their help, guidance and support to plan my honeymoon trip. I couldn't have asked for a better itinerary. Right from arriving at Bali to the departure, everything went as per planned. The cabs were always there on time for pickup/ drop. The accomodation booked was excellent. The WhatsApp support group were very efficient with their service. Thank you travel triangle. I look forward to travel with you once again!

Guys ur team did a good effort in making trip successful.Pankaj is a great person.He made a lot adhoc arrangements which make me belief in Traveltraingle.But please improve hotel and cab Service.people used to travel for their enjoyment not for cab driver enjoyment.We were traveling but driver do what he wants.He even after saying not changing songs too.Please improve the quality. For hotel, we never want a hotel where there is no water no non veg dinner. Very poor quality hotel service. So please improve your cab service and hotels Driver took extra money for addition in journey like pickup was moved from Delhi to Gurgaon and same. Driver was forcing us to do paragliding and rafting at his choice.why we will pay money for his purpose.He even misbehaves alot during the trip with my friends. Hopefully u will improve. Positive of driver was his driving skill..He was master in driving.only positive for him.

Happpy Holidays and Ms Sapna - Well organised,planned by Ms Sapna. Guide was good (Ranbir at P.Blair and Sundeep at Havelock). Despite peak season rush were able to end happily though North Bay island visit was a disaster (as could not take part in any activities due to rush).There is nothing a tourist can do as it is fully controlled by Local Union .Only they decide on which time and where to are the boats going to take the tourists on that day.We had to wait for almost 3 hours from 7.00 am to 10.30 am to go to Viper island (not in our itinieary) and North Bay island .Only two boats which were not members of the union went to Ross island(but we couldn't go) as Ranbir though promised by Sapna couldn't get us the required tickets.We could ask him only on our return as we knew only then. Apart from this, the visit to Havelock (Radha Nagar beach) and Elephanta beach was excellent. Though the waiting time to go to Elephanta from Havelock was around 2 hours the trip enjoyment and activitiy participation was really fantastic. A trip during the beginning of season or just after the season should be the best but YOU SHOULD BE LUCKY WITH THE WEATHER !!! which for us favoured. The acoomadation food and transport was really managed very well and you can take it for granted that Ms Sapna sitting in Gurgaon has full control over the local people !!!! and for any problem she is there to solve Thanks Happy Holidays for a memorable trip !! The class of booking in the Ocean Cruise from Port Blair to Havelock was Luxury and return was Executive. Luxury was comfortable but the return was very rocky.The fare difference being only Rs 100 it could have been better had the return booked by Luxury or Royal. Have a lot of patience - as no one has any control over the timings fo ships,boats and cruises. Choose Royal or Luxury class from P.Blair to Havelock Take part in every activity to enjoy. Nothing to fear in water as there are well trained persons to take care of you
