Naik 15183 points 4 hours agoIt was a Great Experience on my 1st International Holidays abroad. They are reliable and trustworthy People. As compared to others rates were on higher side. At Phuket and Bangkok they could have provided better Hotels with Good view. Most of the Hotels are not providing sufficient Drinking water in the room. About outdoor activities, they must give clear instructions to the client about the activities and dress, so that we can go prepared for activities in the water. All visit to Islands were good. Candlelight Dinner was not upto the mark, to celebrate my wife's birthday. All the transport arrangements were fantastic with good luxury vehicles and decent driver. Although I spent little extra money and few hotel rooms were not upto the mark, no regrets as they took good care of us. I thank entire team for their support and Cooperation.

1. Very Good - Driver's attitude - Driving skills - Hospitality & Cooperation at all Hotels - Food (Breakfast & Dinner) at all Hotels 2. Okay - Average - All hotels were kind of 2*. It should be atleast 3* hotels in this cost - Specially Hotel at Dharamshala was very small and not upto standard (Although the food was good) - Location of hotels were not located even thru Google Maps - 3 days out of 9 days was No breakfast - No complimentary drink on arrival on any hotels - Hot water at few hotels was issue 3. Improvements - Driver was very good, but try to see that they get some amount at the start of the journey to cover fuel/toll expenses - Atal tunnel which is most attraction was not covered and we had to pay extra to go there - Sight seeing places were very very common. Please explore more places for sight seeing - Long walking for sight seeing since the car was of Haryana - Extra bed was just a mattress on floor. The floor was so cold that it was impossible to sleep - First day and Last day were too long journey - Exclusive vouchers are absolutely of no use. See that something worth is given.

Suresh khapra driver from haryana is so arrogant and rude.be careful .don't travel with this freak. Manali and shimla is best.praveen negi is very helpful in organizing everything. Enjoyed our time.

Journey from New Delhi to Shimla at night was very dangerous, as we followed some interior village route from Delhi to Haryana due to farmer protest. Please don't plan late night journey for other couples in future. Cab and the driver was very good. Shimla hotel was not up to the mark. Manali hotel was good. Overall, considering all points, I say my trip was memorable. *Include some adventure activities in your trip, it will help to get good feedback*. Adventure activities we performed in Shimla, Kulku Valley and Manali.

Harry was always on time and making sure that all the things are covered. He was friendly and helpful in nature. Due to some weather conditions and snow falls we have to take Gypsy to Solang Valley. I even enjoyed paragliding and River rafting at Kullu on the way to Manali. Hotel stay and Veg food was awesome. It was overall very nice, not a single points we reported complain or anything. We enjoyed in Himachal Pradesh with showers of snow fall in Solang Valley in Manali and Kufri Shimla Skiing, horse riding and other stuffs. And our next Arvinder Singh for touring in Agra and Delhi who was very supportive and helpful and over all he was on time and he was making sure that all things are covered. Hotel in Dharamshala (Sai Taj Grand) was excellent with very polite staff. But the hotel in Dalhousie (Satyadev Grand) was horrible. The entrance and ambience was so poor that you wouldn't like to stay in the hotel. The staff was rude too and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The cabs AC wasn't working and hence it was too hot in Haryana and Punjab when we were traveling from Delhi towards Dharamshala. The agent (Guruji Travels) refused to accept its AC is ill functioning. The driver (Vikas Kumar) was a very polite guy. One of the best drivers that I have ever travelled with. He needs all the desired appraisals from his company. Guruji Travels needs to be o be more customer centric as they are in service industry. Should give a heed to customers complaints and should check the hotels that they are giving to their customers. Himanshu from Travel Triangle was very helpful in listening to our complaints.

We went for a 5nights 6 days trip to Manali(first destination) and then Shimla(second destination) on 11th March'2017 from Kolkata. We reached Delhi airport from Kolkata around 10am and started the 14hr long journey to Manali passing through fields, dhabas and gurudwaras of Punjab and Haryana. Reached Manali at 12AM but trust me in any way you have to make this journey once, either way. So doing it in starting of the trip is good rather than on the last day. We stayed in Manali for 3 nights, we got snowfall even in March which was splendid. Then, went to Shimla for 2 nights via Kullu valley. It was a very good trip within limited budget. Skiing in Manali, Hadimba Devi temple covered in snow, Naggar castle with its view, Shimla mall, Fagu and Kufri

Overall experience was good. I was worried due to the carelessness by the Volvo driver while at return due to the trouble in Haryana.

Once I was assigned Hamara Travels, I got a email form them and thereon the guys at Hamara were in constant touch with me. Before the trip began the most impressive part was the speed with which they responded to my emails. During the trip, I and my friends were stuck in HP due to the violent Jat agitation in Haryana. However, the taxi company Guruji travles, which is a sister concern of Hamara Travels, were extra-ordinarily helpful. My driver, Pradeep, did not have any knowledge about the routes in Himachal. To overcome this, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, owner of Guruji Travels, got an experienced driver to speak with my driver. That made our task easier and after driving for about 15 hours from McLeodganj via much of HP and parts of Uttaranchal and UP, I was back in Delhi - safe and sound. Since my family was with me, managing to reach Delhi by completely avoiding Haryana was a BIG relief. I cannot thank these 2 agencies enough! When I needed their services the most, they came up to it!

Liked the idea of getting multiple quotes in a single web site and the facility to compare quotes. But the Overall trip experience was average. The payment system of TravelTriangle claims they will release the money to the agent only after a customer verifies that he got some coupons . Let me tell you one thing, even if you get hotel coupons your rooms may not be booked. Talk to the hotel reception directly and confirm your booking before validating the coupons. *************** Re the travel agent, Plano: Again the experience was average. In the beginning, Plano said our driver knows everything (re restaurants, places to be visited, what activities to be covered etc) and he will take us to all the places. In reality, driver said it is not practically possible to visit all the places listed in the itinerary. (some are closed, it is not worth visiting some places [Nehru Kund] etc.) **************** After the trip when we pointed these things to the travel agent, they were saying that driver does not know these things and we should have contacted the agent directly! (They only said driver knows everything,). Also they expressed their apologies for this mistake. We accept your apologies, what else we can do.. **************** Another dispute happened when Hotel Manager in Delhi asked us to pay Rs 500 for a trip from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 in a Tata Indica. We had already paid in advance to our travel agent for all our travel in AC Innova. How come we need to pay again, that too for an indica. Is Indica some premium vehicle in Delhi???? Even paying for innova was not acceptable as we paid all the expenses earlier itself. Still as we were in a hurry we agreed to pay 500. They refunded this 500 later, but we need to argue a lot.
