This could be dangerous for travellers who have no knowledge regarding how to deal in these times.

Vidya's 6 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Dear travel triangle Good points - Very professional Vouchers and tickets issued on time Hassle free Courteous drivers and agents Very good hotel in kalimpong that is Mayfair Complaints: The first hotel allotted to us i.e. tripa Potala was below standards..we got a basement room and even the current was going on and off at night. Also the travel agent who spoke to us should have guided us better on how to plan our journey - toy train , places . We missed out on a few places.

Pratik's 8 days trip to North East

I am usually a solo traveler, and this was the first time I had traveled with a Tourist travel company planning my trip. Me n my wife, we had booked trip for Sikkim and Meghalaya initially. But due to covid lockdown, Meghalaya was dropped at last point. Akhilesh from Indeman travel provided us with alternate itinerary, Sikkim and Darjeeling. The hotels were 3-star throughout our trip, especially in Sikkim and Kalimpong, view from our windows just outstanding and peaceful. We did our trip trip during Corona, so many sightseeing points were closed, but Akhilesh and its team made sure to provide us with alternate options and additional time during our trip for other points. We did have a bad experience with one of drivers during our trip, but Akhilesh made sure to take note and received feedback immediately from us, what went wrong. Hotel in Darjeeling which we got was not upto the mark, and we immediately informed Akhilesh, but we did not get a new hotel. However, hotel staff genuinely made sure to cater to all our needs and we did not have any complaints during our stay. The best part of entire 8 day trip was, there was constant and clear communication from Akhilesh himself and his team in Sikkim and Darjeeling, providing us with all information related to our day's journey in advance. Also, getting daily feedback from us, about our day and any issues we are facing, which was really good. We had situation of lockdown during our trip, and Indeman, by paying very less reasonable amount, added an entire day of out-of-itinerary location excursion to our trip. I was bit skeptical at first, booking trip through trvel websites like traveltriagle, and paying such high amounts as this was my first such experience. But, our entire trip went really well, thanks to Indeman travels.

John's 9 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

I was on a look out for a perfect 8 days solo trip package of Sikkim- Darjeeling- Kalimpong. I would also be working on these days hence I wanted my trip to be flexible to accommodate workcation. I worked researched and enquired with many travel agencies and also sent a quote to Travel Triangle. Yes Tourism came up with a wonderful plan where I ended up not only absorbing all the tourist places but also ensuring that I was able to work. Perfect workcation must say. This was a very hassle free booking, the coordinators (Sharmistha and Kriti) were amazing and was every time available. Sharmistha patiently worked with me to create the perfect travel package and guided me with her knowledge. All the three guides that were assigned to me were very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable about the place. The hotel booked were good with no concerns. I really enjoyed the experience and Travel Triangle is my new favorite travel group for bookings. Thank you team and all the very best! Sikkim is a beautiful place, each places were memorable- Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, Pelling and Ravangala sites were most memorable.

Snigdhaghosh's 4 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Travel triangle is so far the best trip organizer I have come across so far. I had gotten in touch with them for local sightseeing and transfers. They made our North east trip so comfortable and easy that we didn't have to make any efforts trying to figure out the local eateries, places of sightseeing or finding our Airbnbs. The drivers at all the three locations- Gangtok, Darjeeling and Kalimpong were extremely friendly and helpful. The pricing is also quite reasonable and service definitely exceeded our expectations. I would definitely prefer Travel Triangle for my next trip once this pandemic situation is over. :)

Hasiven's 6 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

The quote they showed was lower compared to others. However there is always a catch and is in the fine print. They have not included all the places to visit in Pelling. To visit the other places we had to pay extra including the parking fee. And on the day of transfer from Pelling to gangtok they mentioned only transfer. We went to Ravangla Buddha Park and almost wanted to go to namchi. both of which fall on route from Gangtok to Pelling, Again in Gangtok half day trip to Tsongmo Lake and rest of the day left idle. To visit rest of places, we had to pay extra. Such finer details which are most important were not communicated to us. THE BEST PART WAS THE DRIVER- CHANDAN- FULL CREDIT TO HIM FOR SHOWING US ALL THE PLACES AND HE HAD GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SIKKIM TOURISM. THE RATING 5/10 IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHANDAN ONLY. THE WORST PART MAYEE- TOUR COORDINATOR AND DEVLINA BOOKING AGENT. Both at Pelling and Gangtok they have not made any reservation and no bookings were made in our name. And we had to wait in freezing temperatures while Hotel reservations were being confirmed. Each time for 15-20 minutes, before i had to call Devlina again and point her about the lapses in service. Luckily at Kalimpong we had a reservation in our name- This after a stern talk to Devlina. Coming to Mayee- she was to coordinate with us by 10 pm the day before (if im not wrong about the timings) about the next day schedule including the timings of check out from hotel. only on first day and the next i got updates. Rest of the times we had to communicate with CHANDAN and get the timings. Again full credit to CHANDAN for taking good care of us for the entire trip. But that should not cover up the lapses on part of tour coordinator- whose job was to communicate with the guests, which she failed to do so and I believe she was the one supposed to confirm room bookings before we arrived at the destination. That to this being off season and in Pelling, we were among the 2 families staying at the hotel. In Gangtok there were 3 other families staying in the entire hotel. In Kalimpong we were the only guests staying in Hotel- Such low and off season also we were made to wait for room reservation. NOT ACCEPTABLE. But the hotels provided were good and met the needs of our travel. NB: i have seen some reviews where one particular guest was hurled abuses (Reason - what ever it may be) DO NOT do this with me for speaking up the truth honestly.

Nupur's 5 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

We went to Kalimpong and Darjeeling. The quote discussion, the payment and the trip itself was all good. However, I have serious concern with the hotel they gave us in Darjeeling. We were provided rooms in Hotel white yak. This hotel is located on a high steep slope and only very fit ppl can climb the slope. Secondly this hotel has no lift facility and we were provided rooms in 4th floor. We had senior citizens and kid with us. And we already informed this to Tourepedia. Still we were provided that hotel rooms. It was impossible for the senior citizens with Arthritis to climb to 4th floor by stairs. Hence we asked for rooms in lower floors and only one room was available. We had to downgrade to a small room because of this. Also, the room heaters were not working properly to warm the rooms enough. On the other hand Hotel Golden Kuensel in Kalimpong was good on the first day from every aspect when there were only 1 guests in the hotel. From the second day when more guests started coming, water prob started and food quality also degraded. I think the staff count was less. But overall this hotel was not bad. Please check the hotel facilities and convey to the client of it's limitations. That will help us to decide better. Apart from hotel, overall the trip arrangement was great. Thanks Tourepedia.
