Kalka Tour Packages

The experience of our Himachal trip with you was good. Modi Hotel of Kalka and Satyam Grand Hotel of Shimla were very good and the service of the staff there was very good, only there was some inconvenience due to the lack of lift in Shimla Hotel and the services available by you in Chandigarh. The Diamond Inn Hotel provided is Diamond Hotel only for the name, otherwise there is no facility available, neither the rooms are good nor the service

Total packaged seems little bit expensive. Cab driver misguided at 1 location about snow dress so we have ended up paying higher charges Kalka Shimla train travel

We had a good trip to Himachal & Chandigarh,thanks to Pan-India Travels,especially Ms Anjana who customized our package to our convenience.We were 2 ladies and 2 kids and we were made totally comfortable by them.The drive from Chandigarh to Shimla was very tiring due to the maintenance of Kalka-Shimla Express Highway but our driver Mr Gurjant was very considerate and took great care in our journey.Thankfully,our hotel,Hill Crest Resorts ,Mashobra was an absolute charmer with beautiful garden,great ambience,wonderful hospitality and great food.A must place to stay if you are in Shimla! Kufri was a big disappointment as the trip uphill on horseback was crowded and the roads were dirty & slushyThe apple garden was a sore affair with no apples at this time of the year but we enjoyed the games ;especially Zipliner.I wouldn't recommend Kufri in summer.We also missed the Indian Institute of Advanced studies due to lack of time.We should have planned better.The Mall Road at Shimla was fun dotted with shops,historical places like the Victorian era Christ Church,Gaeity theatre,Scandal Point,The Ridge & the famous Jakoo Peak.Our drive back to Chandigarh was more pleasant with beautiful climate and a slight drizzle along the way.We visited Nekchand,s amazing Rock garden,the serene Sukhna lake and enjoyed an evening boat ride there.The kids enjoyed the Adventure zone very much.Our hotel in Chandigarh,Clarion Inn Sevilla was manageable ,though the housekeeping was poor and food ordinary.The next day we visited the lush green Rose garden minus the roses(you should go in winter) but it was still very enjoyable walking around.We topped it up with Phuchkas & hot Kachoris at Sindhi sweets and some serious street shopping at Sec 17.Altogether a memorable trip!

I have a good experience for the whole trip of himachal ..... all over good experience....suggesting to my friends for visit himachal in future.... but I have 2 bad experience.. 1 that cab driver delhi to chandighad who is drunk and that was change aftet discussed but we loss our valuable 3 hours and we miss toy train in the tour of kalka to shimla.... 2) I face khajjiar hotel bad toilet... all over service is good but if hotel provide south Indian food in breakfast instead of punjabi breakfast so nice trip poonam Chauhan my executive Is doing good job and last my cab driver Mr narendra drive awesome car visiting all the place of my trip... love it

i was worried about booking the car through travel triangles but at last it proved a good decision. i was given an option of 2-3 travel agencies and received detailed tour plans from them with costings. they also modified the tour plan as per my requirements. i decided to go with Travel Explorers from Manali for booking my cab for 2 days of simla and 4 days of Manali with Kalka drop. truly satisfied with the service.. My Contact No. 9657567888. just in case any one wants to get in touch with me. i had booked only the Cab services from Travel Triangles - Travel Explorers- Manali. as promised i was given toyota Etios car. the car was in excellent condition. the car driver Mr. Sunil Dutt was also very polite, suggestive and very helpful and not to mention had excellent driving skills. the car had arrived before time at the Simla railway station to pick us up. very satisfied with the services. strongly recommend...

There were a lot of teething problems right from booking stage to the trip stage. I realized that I had to cross confirm every booking myself through phone calls to the hotels and found faulty booking at Chandigarh and Manali. Both these hotels were chosen by me.The bookings in these hotels were then rectified by Trip Checkout. Only the hotel in Shimla had to be chosen by Trip Checkout and there the booking was done properly. Toy train tickets were the thing that was booked smoothly by Trip Checkout. Regarding the actual tour, again there were teething issues as the cab driver seemed reluctant to receive us at the Chandigarh airport exit gate. It took 10 mins by the time we found him in the parking. From there we realized that he either did not know much of Chandigarh or had no intention of showing anything other than Rock Garden, Sukhna lake and Shastri Market. However he dropped us at the Elante Mall in the evening of our arrival and picked us up to return us to JW Marriott at night. He did a great job carrying our baggage by car from Kalka to Shimla while we traveled by the small toy train where there was no luggage space. He was more comfortable with Shimla and Manali and so this part of the tour was good. We had to pay extra INR 2500/- for a trip to Manikaran, but he did it. He was always on time but did not go the extra mile to make us comfortable. All in all it was a memorable tour but cannot be called outstanding.
