I had planned a solo trip to bali and few of the other islands in the month of March . I was too nervous about the aspect of solo travelling for the first time and got the help of deepa who helped with the intial part of planning and then muskan helped me from then on till the day my tour was over which was about 15 days in total . She also attended to my needs by checking with the team in bali with every change i made at the last minute. Wonderful organizing and hotels , most of all it was hazzle free for a best price . I would totally recommend them . Thank you team.

Except the few Hiccups such as West Nusa Penida Tour cancelled sudenly, hotel at Nusa Penida not reaching payment leading to my family stranded for 2 hours, the trip was otherwise well planned. I experienced issue while contacting the drivers assigned. Agent shared a number of the driver but then that person always was an agent who gave us the number other sub-agent who eventually connected us with the driver. This was really tiresome.

Yugal organised the trip well. All hotels were good except the Royal suite which was arranged on last day. They were flexible enough to change the plan as per request. For coral island visit they arranged a shared vehicle without informing us but apart from that everything was smooth and perfect.

3 star hotel not match the expectations, poor service at port Blair swaneha hotel and havlock blue heaven resort, the silver pearl beach resort in neil island is very nice. Neil island resort and natural bridge is very good.

The trip was well planned, with plenty of time for self-exploration. Our driver, Galih, was very helpful, cordial, and well-mannered. He guided us efficiently through all major attractions.

This was our first international trip and I choose Navigatio Asia. Everything was very smooth and perfectly organised.Special thanks to Shrinikita the salesperson who is so patient to handle all our queries she helped us to create an itinerary which included all the things we wanted to do and some suggested activities which turned out to be very interesting. Big thanks to Tarun from Operation team who rechecked us while in Thailand. All the itinerary was covered with on time pickup and drop. Our trip was truly memorable and unforgettable! The booking process was super easy, and the itinerary was perfectly planned to suit our needs and budget . Did not have panic attack anywhere as everything went off smoothly . The team in Port Blair and Neil Island was very helpful and co operative especially Mr. Dipankar, Mr Gaurav Mr Amit who handled all queries and last-minute issues efficiently. However, the experience in Havelock Island could have been better, as the tour operator, Mr. Ashok, was very rude, and the cab driver, Mr. Salim, was uncooperative. and downright arrogant Overall, a fantastic trip with great service—just needs some improvements in certain areas!
