Sukant's 7 days trip to Himachal

Sir / Madam, The trip with non stop himalaya hasn't been a pleasant experience, please note the following issues that i faced during these days :- 1) After my previous complain, the agent asked me to pay 1000 at cedar cottage, reason was that i availed one night extra, they didint pay heed to my travel plans, when i paid mr raju at cedar cottage 1000 he was completely unaware as why i was paying it? As i reached the place only at 1 am on 14th, the agency also didint briefed the driver where cedar cottage was,i have to personally roam around in shimla in that chilling night using google map to find the cottage, and communicating with the care take, also they charged me rs180 when i asked for (dal bhaat aloo bhaja) . At 9:30 pm they said aloo bhaja not available only french frice, god knows if aloo bhaja with chaat masala can be called as french frice. it is only served in evening as snacks since i am ordering at night, i have to pay, god knows aloo bhaja or french frice i have to pay for dinner, which i didint need to as per the itineary. When i asked agency ti interfere they refused. 2) The itineary was silent about veg or non veg items, agency said since it's not written so i have to assume its veg. I had to pay rs300 per night at manali total rs900 for non veg items. Amazingly agency asked me to pay Rs1000, Agency also told that they are not going to pay for my tea and only one tea is available for a day, they rectified that after i protested. 3) The agency didint briefed the driver or provided him with the list and plan of places i need to visit on my tour, when i asked my driver he said he has been asked to pick up and drop at places, i enquired whether list was provided to him he said "no", because of all this lack of communication, i didint know how to plan it myself at this unknown place, no support was received, i was not able to cover, institute of Advance studies, kulu ( any place), tibetan monestry, himalyan nature park at kufri, green valley, nehru kund, kothi, gulaba camp, rahala water falls, rani nala etc. I am forced to request a refund for that, the driver was not provided with any list and, all was left to me to find my way to see all this, as no travel plans timing and briefs and Guidance were provided to either drive or me.no phone calls neither enquiry of my travel Was made other than whatsapp message "kahan ho!!". On 17 th i had to leave for rohtang pass, the itineary was changed as they forgot that on tuesdats the pass stays closed. The hotel didint provide me any breakfast which was part of itineary. 4) on 17 th evening, driver told me that agency has only booked him till 18, i looked at the itineary and read that it said overnight journey to delhi, driver said he is only booked till 18 after that i have to pay him 1000, miss sanam khoond of agency was narrating a different story. when i enquired how will i do my shopping and also reach delhi before 19, and before 00:00 am as mt flight was at 6:50 on 19th, i was with my mother,so i made a forced choice to leave, as agency lacked the knowledge that it takes almost 15 hrs to reach delhi from manali. i postponed my shopping and manali stay to leave for delhi and avoid a fracas with driver, i have to book a hotel myself at delhi for this,i asked them to atleast book a hotel to avoid consequence of this mis management at this point which they refused. 5) I have told agency that i will be coming with my mother who is 57 years old, despite that they provide a hotel kundan inn at 3rd floor with no lift, when i asked for a change, agency said that none of the three starred hotels in manali has lift. I am letting you know this after i reach my patna. Please look into the issues , i regret paying upfront because of which travel agency showed laxity. It makes me feel that,i have paid through travel triangle not for good experience but for a cab ride, if this is the case no point in booking for future travels. We book for good experience not for cab riding.
