During travelling hotels for lunch should have been decided on the basis of travel time and distance because for few destinations it was impossible to reach booked restaurants during lunch time, so better planning and restaurant selection was required. 1.Travel agent should explain/include every detail of the sightseeing. For example - one of my sightseeing includes swimming, but my travel agent did not told us about the swimming. So, we did not come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.
