first of all thanks to Miss Sheetal from tripseller, who well planed our kerala trip. stays were excellent, princess de munnar resort was awesome place, staff was also so good and they had given well services. In Thekkady periyar meadows hotel was more than expectations, and they had given us proper service. only in kovalam, golden sand resort had disappointed me little bit, there was no food after 9:30 pm and no hot water for bath after 10 pm and double bed also not comfortable, they had joined two single bed with two single mattresses. our guide cum driver Mr. Raju sangun, were so humble person, he guided us very well about every place. Munnar is mesmerizing place. My daughter most liked Kathakali show and elephant ride of Thekkady. Kovalam beach is funfull and relaxing place. My daughter has full enjoy the sea water in Kovalam beach. Jatayu monuments is unbelievable place. Povar Island is heaven. Boating in povar lake brings us close to nature.

Pathetic services in princess de munnar hotel, bad food, bad hygiene, Despite paying 82000 for the trip at the 3rd day i got a call from the service provider boss Tarun that you have to pay the mere amount of 6700 in half hour otherwise we will instruct driver to not proceed which is very unfair to customer who has paid almost full amount, but Saakshi the executive who contacted me was very supportive. There was some faux pas experienced at the end of the travel agent Trek De Kashmir in connection with the Check-in at the hotel in Patnitop. I had to wait for around half an hour for the check out as the hotel did not have any information of a booking in my name. Eventually, it was sorted out with the intervention of the travel agent but this forced waiting was unwarranted and a spoiler as well. Moreover, the travel agent could have advised me to ensure that I indeed had a post paid mobile connection in J&K, which I was not aware of. As a result, I remained without communication except through wifi (WhatsApp) only when I was inside the hotel. Our SIM cards had gone inactive as soon as we entered Jammu region. I had never experienced a snow fall even when I have been travelling for the last 25 years throughout the hills. Encountering a beautiful snowfall was the USP of this Bhaderwah tour.

I really enjoyed trip with Andaman Great Holidays. But prior to travel, if they tell the timings of the itenary it ll be better. Because v reached by noon on first day. suddenly they told that next day v have to check out by 4.30 early mrng to get ferry. v didn't sleep previous day also as we didn't take a direct flight to Andaman. that was bad. Coming to resort part, Eldorado resort they booked in Havelock second day. That resort management is poor. we have to catch ferry so we told them priorly to pack d breakfast as it's complementary. They forgot and they told like that we didn't inform them. that's bad. And the food we ordered for dinner in that restaurant is also oily. we can't eat at all. But the restaurant view is good. And please don't book De Meadows Resort in PortBlair. That hotel is not clean and it smells bad after room freshener also. The bedsheets also smelt very bad and we can't sleep too. I went with my family and in the room, where my parents stayed, lot of small insects where there and they we spoke with hotel management and then they gave a seperate cottage for them. This is not at all fine, My parents are shifting rooms at late night. And Please don't book Government Ferry Dering for any people. It took 4 hours to reach Havelock from PortBlair. we got fedup of the journey and no ventilation in deck. we went upper side of ship and sat on the floor. it's bad experience. Andaman Great Holidays made a great experience over there. Though it's running out of time, they managed to show all the places they promised. The Drivers were on time. I've seen some reviews for this travel agency and got confused. But no driver let us to stay for them, inturn they came early and waiting for us. Tour coordinator Sanjay is really good and reachable, answerable all the time in PortBlair. And the coordinator Ratan in Neil Island, I didn't meet him r spoke with him, but really he maintained everything on Neil Island. That's great. Overall it's good experience other than De Meadows Resort and Dering Ferry

-it was an excellent trip arranged. - the hotel De Lamour does not have a 3-star facility. -The trip coordinators did not have enough information for ferry cancellation and the rescheduling was not communicated in time from Havelock to Neil Island. Also from Neil to Port-Blair.

the trip was bitter sweet. First the good : 1. Mr. rashid in port blair was extremely courteous and provided exceptional services. First day our itinerary had light show in cellular jail however the same could not be completed due to rainfall. however even without asking mr. rashid arranged the tickets on another day. Hotel de pebbles suggested by travel agency was very good . The owner there was extremely polite. 2. the resort at havelock was a beautiful property and photoshoot at radhanagar beach was very beautiful. Radhanagar beach was very beautiful and serene.. 3. Mr surojit at neil island provided good hospitality even while he himself was struck with fever. The bad: 1. Day 1 was disaster due to bad weather and poor maintenance/ arrangement of tourist spots by govt in port blair. 2. our seats in ferries from port blair to havelock and neil were in the middle thus offering no access to sea view. Seat selection by travel agency could have been better. 3. Due to bad road conditions , Natural bridge at neil was closed and all the sunset views were shrouded by clouds. Though if not for natural bridge (about which I don't know) i think one can skip neil island as there is nothing much to see here. The ugly: 1. The stay at pearl park beach resort at neil was disastrous. The staff as well as food at the resort there is pathetic. the resort is at a very good location. except for that evrything there is bad. the maintenance, cleanliness . This was further ruined by a very poor selection of rooms by travel agency. even though i explicitly told that i wanted a luxurious stay at havelock and neil, the rooms at neil were worse than any room i have ever stayed , including any oyo room. Radhanagar beach and sandy waves resort stay

de l'amour port blair is not good my brother saying is like lodge feeling not as hotel as you are local guys you should well aware about this property premises. that is only minus in this trip.

Overall, the experience was good. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot, especially thanks to Bamboo Dale Resort for their exceptional service. The room decoration, cake, and candlelight dinner were beautifully arranged, and their food was absolutely delicious. Woodnote Resort also provided a great experience. However, Princess De Munnar fell short of expectations as they didn't even provide basic amenities like a dental kit, toilet paper, or a tea-making kit. Our cab driver, Mr. Siraj, was very helpful, keeping the car clean and assisting us in finding the best restaurants for food.

The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to see all the highlights without feeling rushed. The balance between guided activities and free time was perfect. 3. Our tour guides, especially Naresh for Baratang, were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with local insights and recommendations. 4. The accommodations were comfortable and met expectations except the one at Port Blair, i.e. De Pebbles, its location is not appropriate. The transportation was reliable and punctual.
