Lungshan Temple:

The Lungshan Temple, or the Bangka Lungshan Temple, is one of the most prominent Chinese temples in Taiwan. It is located in the Wanhua District in Taipei, and is home to folk religious deities of the Chinese mythology. Built during 1919 to 1924, this temple was built by settlers from Fujian and is a must for all well-planned Taipei tour package.

Yangmingshan National Park:

This is an incredibly scenic place to visit, with rolling meadows, walking trails and plenty of scenic spots to stop at and enjoy a few hours unwinding. It covers an area of more than 110 sq kms, and is located very close to Taipei city. It can be reached via local buses and taxis, and spend the entire day here in the lap of nature.

Shi-men Ting:

Enjoy walks in the snow:

The Yangmingshan National Park is a great place to enjoy some snowfall. It is the only place in Taipei which receives snowfall, and that too once a year if you are lucky. On most occasions, snow remains secreted away here, and is a good place to feel the chill in the air and enjoy throwing a few snowballs around.

Trek to Fort San Domingo:

Trekking to the very top of Fort San Domingo is a great idea for those who love to trek. It’s a great addition to your Taipei tour package. Although it is a small fort, the views from here are breathtaking. It is also a popular past time because the trek is fairly simple, and even kids can walk some of the way up to the top.
