The start of journey was good with cab ,driver and other services however on last the we got to know that they haven't booked elephant santury for which I have taken the plan specially..all mood was spoiled as all space was full and they said we can refund you...people are not here for refund..it's not a product. It's a service....later on when I have checked other slot I asked them to book it for which I need to pay extra..and due to their mistake all city tour was done in so much rush to reach on time for elephant sanctuary in such hot days with 2 year baby in our uncomfortable cloths which we had to wear in elephant sanctuary and then need to change for Citi tour.....i appreciate that they finally booked it..but in case that show is also not available then it would have spoiled the whole trip purpose as it was the most excited thing for which we came from India. Also the cab driver on last day took us to some other place and not aware of the location which wasted so much time and doesn't know basic English..Even you do 100 things good but one single miss can spoil whole experience. I regret as I have missed another quote for same itinerary and hotel in lesser amount...in the end it was luck that we got another slot so finally we can say the trip was good. Elephant jungle sanctuary with half day tour must to do as it's a one time experience which will last forever.

The experience of my Thailand trip was splendid. I booked my tour through ananya tours and the tour was created beautifully by their adviser named aditya. I would like to specially mention aditya as he was very patient while curating my itinerary and did the job really well, he was polite all along and even adjusted my itinerary multiple times to suit my needs. I, Jayant Limaye, aged 63, along with my wife Jyotsna, embarked on a journey to Australia and New Zealand spanning from December 18th to January 29th. We opted for a self-driven tour organized by Wonder Bird Holidays, masterfully curated by their representative, Mr. Raunak. Mr. Raunak ensured meticulous planning, covering every detail, from plane tickets to hotel bookings and internal tour visits. The arrangement was so impeccable that we never had any idle moments, as each destination was thoughtfully designed step by step to eliminate any potential challenges. Right from the outset, Mr. Raunak comprehensively explained every aspect of the tour, including plane timings, vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules, weather conditions at each location, clothing recommendations, coordination with local tours, their timings, approach locations, and parking conditions. The offered 3-to-4-star hotels were of excellent quality, strategically located in city centers for convenient travel. Mr. Raunak conducted a thorough review of the entire tour, addressing all our queries well before its commencement. He remained consistently available via phone to provide guidance. An instance highlighting his proactive approach occurred during our journey from Wanaka to Mount Cook in New Zealand. Faced with an indefinite road closure, Mr. Raunak promptly informed us and suggested an alternative route, allowing us to reach Mount Cook at 5 PM instead of 1 PM, unlike other travelers who waited in Omarama and arrived at 8:30 PM. We commend Mr. Raunak for his swift and decisive actions on that day. His regular check-ins, inquiries about our location and well-being, and unwavering cooperation compelled us to give him a perfect score of 100 out of 100. The trip was well organised.. The hotels were good .. Cab pick up was on time .. Once we onboard the cab he became the tour decider .. Mid of Delhi to Manali .. we have to take a break stating land slide in Manali on Feb 7th post 8 pm .. took a room with own cost on Mandi.. since Tour agency was not ready to bear the cost. Next day to Kulu paragliding .. cab just stepped on a agent .. the agen fixed our paragliding prices including cab 3k negotiate to 2.7K .. which include Mahendra 4*4 hill ride .. if we want River raft another 4k they demanded.. Next day solang valley night only Our cab driver informed our vehicle can't go there .. Take 4*4 gypsy or Mahindra van .. Again negotiate he dropped on another agent for cab he Demanded 8k for Taxi.. we found a 4*4 taxi for for 6k .. which out travel agent didn't let us board.. Ended up paying 6k to visit solang valley.. Next day was Manali and Simla a part sofe seeing .. just went on cab driver itself.. Apple garden visit and some games were included in Shimla Kurfi.. Again cab driver stopped to a common point and started to argue my Ertiga car won't go far from here only 4*4 can go to Apple garden.. We again fought with Agency's and they made cab driver to drop in Mini zoo .. which had leopard .. deer .. bears and some wild birds.. Over night stay was planned.. Since farmers strike we were forced to get down to Delhi else road block will happen by cab driver advice.. Since we don't want to miss flight .. we reached Delhi by 6.30 Am. The entire trip was messed up by a Stupid Transit Cab driver and this Agency's.. They clearly mentioned games your cost .. but no where they have mentioned 4*4 cab travel is your cost.. Ended up paying 20k extra since this cab ertiga is not 4*4 to travel around.. If you guys plan Manali better take a 4*4 vehicle fix them first itself they take for same cab which they boarded from Delhi to Sollang valley.. Atul tunnel, Koskar .. Shimla Kurfi on the same vehit.. Never choose Ertiga/dezire .. plan well and travel to Manali and Simla .. The road between Manali and Simla is 200km full of holly area request driver to drive slow.. My cab driver was full on mobile single hand drive everyone vomit and lost their strength.. Plan well fix the total expenses and got.. For games alone Manali and Kufri 15k per person .. if you take 4*4 seperate again 12-15k .. Good place to visit don't get trap with fake promises agencies.. My trip was from February 7-12 spent around 90k but nothing enjoyed due to poor organize and lack of knowledge.. Delhi or Chandigarh is local point to reach Shimla and Manali.. prefer a 4*4 so that you don't want to pay more .. Food you get all North Indian food .. Bread omlet and noodles .. All the best friends.. Got to play on snow ..

I can surely refer the travel agency to any of my friends. **Hotels/Houseboat: 1) Grand Valley Resort (Munnar) - Grand valley resort is Such a Essence Of Munnar, a great Hospitality from ROCKY BHAI & TEAM, Munnar Like Heaven of Kerala, Location are great, Enjoying the adventures and Meet to Nature Like ROSE GARDEN, ELEPHANT SAFARI, JEEP SAFARI and WONDER VALLEY etc. ELEPHANT SAFARI & WONDER VALLEY Activities made our trip more mesmerising. 2) The Patio Hotel (Thekkedy) - The Patio Hotel are very Decent, neat and clean. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Periyar Lake are like Tempting, very beauty and close to nature; such a great experience to Boating in superior Lake. 3) Houseboat (Alleppey) - Really Warm welcome, Houseboat are very clean and neat; houseboat staff and service and food was too good; Staff in houseboat was also really friendly and immediate response; Houseboat at Alleppey is very memorable experience. 4) The Neelkanta (Kovalam) - The Neelkanta warm welcome such a nice resort, food was great, sea face room are very tempting. Kovalam we enjoyed alot. Beautiful views of sea, We enjoyed alot in the beach. View of sea from our hotel room is so beautiful. Jatayu Earth’s Center is one of the best place to visit. Shree padmanabh swami temple is best temple do visit. all the accommodations were really good. One of them specially being unique too. Cab/Driver: Our driver SAINUDDIN BHAI is a pro and was really patient and friendly with us. Overall all is very very Excellent(beyond my expectations). My entire trip was well planned by Mr. Babu Patel. I went along with my wife and 2 children for 7 nights and 8 days to Singapore. We spent 2 nights on Genting Dream Cruise where our room was updated to Palace room and we thoroughly enjoyed exclusive privileges of being palance residents with exclusive dining hall, swimming pool and 24 hour butler service. Our hotel in Singapore was right in heart of city with all shopping outlets as well as Indian restaurants only 1 KM away with 15 mins walk. We visited Night Safari on our 3rd day in Singapore followed by visit to Universal Studio on 4th day, visit to Zoo, Bird paradise and river wonder on 5th day and Singapore city tour on 6th day along with visit to Gardens by the Bay and Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Our tickets were upgraded during Zoo and Bird Paradise visit and we were able to enjoy River Wonder with Boat Ride free of cost. We also opted for Express Pass for Universal Studio which ensured that we were able to enjoy all rides without spending time in Queue. On 7th day, we went to Sentosa Island where we enjoyed cable car, SEA Aquarium and Wings of Time and we were totally awestruck by Wings of Time show. We returned to India on 8th night with unforgettable and pleasant memories. Heartfelt thanks to Babu for a great itinerary and ensuring we stay updated with entire trip and enjoyed our stay. 1. Stay was changed near to our trip start date – the stay was good but not better than what was originally mentioned. 2. Assigned driver missed some visiting points deliberately – Echo point, Eravikulam National Park, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Marare beach. 3. House boat was in Kumarakom, and not in Allepey (as mentioned).

Australia trip was amazing, raunak(wonder bird travels) planned exactly how we wanted, it was a pleasant experience, thank you raunak and travel Triangle for the experience.

Bhutan trip was peaceful and mystic journey, had a peaceful week with less of traffic, less of panics, less of stress, less of nuisance.
