Aditya's 6 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

We had booked for the trip months in advance and the process itself was pretty smooth. As usual, I could speak with multiple agents to get the insights and drill down of the packages themselves and finally decide on the package I wanted. Our trip was marred with the need to reschedule due to the In
diGo crisis and the support from the Travel Triangle team and the Travel Agent - Sierra Vacations - was swift and accommodating. We had thought that our trip was dead when the flight got cancelled but we rescheduled the flight to 2 days later and the agent was able to accommodate that like a charm. Once the trip began, it was as smooth as butter - there were no hindrances at all. This is a far cry from other websites like MakeMyTrip that sell holiday trips which are absolutely inflexible. And it is for this level of customer focused experience that I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle to everyone. On the hotels front, Magpie Pachhu Resort at Pelling stood out as the best in terms of the quality of the property, the service of the staff and the overall impeccable experience. The food at the restaurant offered a lot of variety and delivered in terms of taste and quality as well. The staff was the best - from reception, to house keeping to the folks at the restaurant - everyone were very polite, respectful and extremely efficient at their job. The Udaan Nirvana Hotel at Darjeeling also delivered very good service and a warm stay. The staff was professional and polite. The food was good. The only challenge we had was the access to and from the hotel itself as it requires a hike to reach the Darjeeling Mall Road and can only be accessed via foot. If you are in a rush and are not fit, this is gonna be a challenge. People should note that and be ready for before booking yourself to the hotel. Apart from that aspect, the spot offers everything you would want from a premium stay - the spa services were a great addition and the food was pretty good too. The Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel was the final destination in our trip. Full marks to the location and accessibility to the WestPoint mall or the MG Marg (big shopping destination). However, it was the most disappointing part of the trip in terms of the stay. The service of the restaurant was objectively bad - they would not answer the call or disconnect the phone altogether. We need to reach out to the reception to get the help. You order food for 3, they wouldn't give you enough cutlery. You order tea, they only serve you the potential and nothing else. You cannot reach out to them for follow up as they are unavailable. Even when you reach them - an achievement, they are barely responsive and dismissive. You have to do multiple followups to get your house keeping done. The only saving grace is the folks at the reception who are accommodating and help coordinate when other services are dysfunctional. Lots of scope for the place to improve on. The transfers and the cab drivers we get change from destination to destination. The transfer to Darjeeling was in a different vehicle and the tour in Darjeeling was a different one. They drivers were professional and decently patient with us as we hoped different places. The best driver experience was when our Sikkim trip began where the driver was an extremely positive and nice individual who would constantly offer information about the cultural history behind the places we were visiting and the things we should try out in the spots. He was with us through out the Pelling trip and the transfer to Gangtok as well. Overall, this was another one of a great trips planned and executed via Travel Triangle. Pelling was certainly the best portion of the trip and ironically, this was the part of the trip that we never intended to add but was something that the travel agents suggested we do in the trip. The natural and picturesque beauty, fresh air and a great stay definitely the best part. My six year old was excited to see all the birds up close in the bird sanctuary. We loved the Orange Garden and the access to the river from the garden itself. But the monastery near the skywalk was definitely one of our best memories.

Nasrin's 6 days trip to Ladakh

Our itinerary was finalized and booking completed the same very day that the quote was raised. All thanks to the lightening fast speed with which Mr. Arsh Khan planned and shared the details. He was very reachable all throughout and helped in arranging great stays in Leh, Hanle and Tso Moriri in suc
h a short period. The location of the hotels were great, the hospitality was also amazing. We stayed in The Sipa Ladakh and in the Rupshow Residency in Tso Moriri. The rooms were good with great views and food was also amazing. The driver was very friendly and co-operative. We are extremely happy with the overall experience, stay, food, quality of car, hospitality of the hotel staff and driver. Thank you TravelTriangle and Amazing India Routes! The driver helped spot marmot, blue sheep, black-necked crane apart from other birds and animals like the eagle, pashmina goat, etc. on the way. He was also very sensitive to take a pause whenever we tried to take photos on the way. We also got to experience zip lining over the Indus river.

Ajndesai's 6 days trip to Singapore

The local travel agents mostly picked us on time and dropped us back to hotel or little india on time. They need to take our local phone numbers (mobile) or roaming number and need to inform us about driver details beforehand who picks and drops us using text messages. Crowd in universal studios
is too much given festive season occasion. Universal studios provides priority ticketing avoiding queues for 76 SGD per head. This will avoid waiting in queues that is the case with standard pass, which agent provided. All this should be sorted out before the trip begins. Agent needs to inform us about such delays before starting the trip. Sentosa island, Universal studios, Jurong bird sanctuary, Gardens by the bay.

The experience has been positive. However, I recommend a revised itinerary to ensure all planned locations are visited. Time constraints necessitated the omission of three locations. Best part is Bali swing, Handara Gate and Bird's park.

Shraddha's 4 days trip to Ladakh

My trip to Ladakh with Tripita was nothing short of extraordinary! The raw beauty of the landscapes — from the surreal Pangong Lake to the majestic Nubra Valley — left me speechless. Every turn revealed a postcard-perfect view, and the serenity of the mountains was truly humbling. I especially ap
preciated the hospitality at the hotel stays, where I got a real taste of Ladakhi cuisine and traditions. Shefali booked the best and most comfortable stay for us. She was very adjusting right from the time of booking. She gave us one of the best driver Tashi who made sure we reach everywhere on time and cover all the places of itinerary. The journey was adventurous with the bike ride and With high-altitude passes like Khardung La adding thrill and a sense of achievement. The monasteries were not only spiritual sanctuaries but also offered stunning architecture and serenity. I’m already dreaming of my next visit to Ladakh with Tripita again. We had an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Shefali for one of the best trips.

Balaji's 7 days trip to Thailand

Yes we enjoyed the trip , there were still few downfalls 1. Elephant sanctuary we had asked for elephant care, the one we expected was the ‘pon Thailand sanctuary‘ where we can bath with the elephants in their natural habitat and take a dip in the waterfalls (we didn’t want to do elephant riding /o
xen cart riding since we fry guilty riding on the elephants it was struggling ,so we were disappointed a bit . 2. dinner cruise we actually wanted to do a peaceful cruise with Thai cultural dance but the cruise was overflowing with so many Indians and the dinner was a mess , they treated us like a herd of goats . There was no Thai dance or continental buffet the cruise was chaotic 3. chiang mai - the temple we visited - they charged 1500baht with return, the journey was some 40 min +40 min up and down the hill. We felt it was very expensive maybe we should have booked a ‘bolt ‘car. 1500baht was too much. Ms.nai could have asked us to take bolt instead but she pushed us to make a decision quickly and take the van . 3. the safari world was too too crowded some 1500 people in all the shows couldn’t get a place to sit and the lunch was so bad , again in general no hospitality it was like a big mandap with dirty buffet. But this was not anybody’s mistake , it’s just the place in general which is bad. 4. ms Jane was a terrible coordinator .. 5. Bangkok in general very bad hospitality I think they hate Indians since the place was filled with crowded Indians. Baiyokesky first day breakfast was not that good. Coming to the The good parts : 1. Phuket was beautiful , the resort , activities etc were fab. Ms pum was a great coordinator . She helped us as much as she could getting good deals everywhere and making us chose the best activities shopping spa etc. 2. chiang mai we loved the resort it was a proper nature retreat , the food was good night bazaar etc was good . The guide to the elephant sanctuary and orchid gardens was good he guided us well but we didn’t fully like the itinerary for the day like I mentioned before. 3. Bangkok- the van safari was fantastic .. loved seeing the animals in very pleasant natural habitats.. the orangutan , dolphin shows were good. Shopping in Bangkok was also good.

Jagruti's 6 days trip to Kerala

We recently completed a fantastic trip to Kerala, visiting Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey, all organized by Travel Triangle. The experience was truly memorable, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our journey. Kochi: Our trip began in Kochi, a charming blend of history and modernity. T
he Fort Kochi area, with its colonial architecture, was a treat to explore. Munnar: Next, we headed to Munnar, a hill station known for its lush tea gardens and cool climate. The drive through winding roads was scenic, and once we reached Munnar, the tranquility and beauty of the place left us in awe. We visited the Tea Museum and took a stroll through the tea plantations. The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight. The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the Kerala experience without worrying about logistics. Overall: Kerala, with its rich natural beauty, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality, is a must-visit destination. Our trip, planned by Travel Triangle, was smooth, stress-free, and memorable. Highly recommend this package to anyone looking to explore the diverse beauty of Kerala! Photoshoot in munnar.
