However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us. Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

All hotels booked by Jeremy travels were good except Hotel Lachung Pride. Our driver Mr Pasang has been a gem of a person. Great driving skills in difficult terrain, snow etc. Very humble and polite gentleman. I would certainly recommend Jeremy Travels to all who wish to visit Sikkim. we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!
