I would like to say the majority of my tour planned was extremely nice, I had few hiccups in between but they were all sorted out once raised and they kept their commitment. The local agent by name Penney of Journeys Exotica was extremely helpful and provided prompt response. I would recommend Trip Dost for sure. Kudos to you and your team. I already provided feedback on the Driver to Penny on our return from Bangkok Hotel to DMK airport, The driver was rude but that does not take away the efforts put in by Trip dost and Penny who were very efficient and professional. All pick ups were on time and the guide were extremely helpful and could speak English. Also all the sightseeing locations were fairly covered.

Overall, the trip was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The arrangements made by Jeremy Travel were well-organized, and the hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near local markets, which made exploring the area easy. A special mention to Nakul, our tour coordinator, who was extremely supportive and attentive throughout the trip. He called us twice every day—once in the morning and again in the evening—to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. His proactive communication was truly appreciated and made us feel well taken care of. Kudos to him! The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided.
