The hotel boasted lovely aesthetics and a truly supportive staff. However, the food selection was quite limited, and the service lagged considerably in speed. Our cab driver, while pleasant, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. At Pathankot railway station, he rushed the luggage handling, leaving it scattered. Furthermore, his inexperience was evident when navigating to the hotel, as he mistakenly drove us to the wrong hill. I would strongly advise the agency to develop a time-sensitive itinerary that ensures all listed attractions are covered. We were disappointed to miss the sunset point. Additionally, on Day 2, our driver initially took us to an incorrect location, claiming it was the tea garden, before we eventually reached the actual tea garden after further inquiry.
