Travel triangle agent Sanjana Sainik was pathetic. Very bad. Unresponsive and very arogant. I have multiple examples. I will never like to have her as my travel partner. However services from Comfort Destination was fantastic. I like the way they have planned the entire itenary. Hotels very very good. Cab was good. Our driver Sivaji was fantastic and the highlight of the tour. He really made us comfortable. Robin and Kiran were always available to help when required. Comfort destination and Travel Triangle plat form is excellent. However Sanjana Sainik executive from Travel Triangle was very arrogant and unresponsive. Shivaji cab driver was fantastic

We were very much impressed by Creole on time services and punctuality, their way of communicating the plans and their helpful staff on ground. Our hotels in Praslin and Mahé was Berjaya. We had the great experience there. Can’t appreciate more the customer experience given by Mr Bilal in Praslin. In Mahe, they had the best and friendliest staff, Mr Prem Singh, Rohan, Raj, Tikaram. They had the best in house Indian Restaurant, Indian Tandoor Cuisines and I can honestly say with the some of the best chefs, Abid and Nawaz and our server Anil Singh. Overall a great trip, except for the following: Pickup cab was missing, there was no one with the placard at the airport. One driver even made me load the luggage and then asked me to unload it as he didn't have enough seats. No drinking water bottle provided anywhere - during meals at hotel, transfer cabs and during the tours. Most tours end at 4-5pm and dinner starts at 7pm only, it's important for the hotel to provide some fruits / snacks at the room for full board booking.

Night Safari tickets were shared 15min after we reached the location.
