The Trip was awesome. It was my most awaited trip to remembered lifeline. Travel agent Farah from Hermosa trips has managed every thing very carefully . The driver provided by agent i.e. Imtiyaz was very helpful and caring. He fulfilled all our requirements including travel, food and shopping. Love to recommend all to book your trip through Hermosa trips. Only problem we faced was we had to book flight tickets from Srinagar to Jammu with a much higher price which was not expected. That happened due to landslide in Srinagar Jammu Highway. Though Farah managed the Hotel to airport drop the reschedule costs us Apx Rs 40000 more including that additional flight tickets and another day stay at Hotel . Initially as per package Katra Drop was included. Would have been more happy if any additional help in terms of some refund was there.

Have to separtley book my return which cost me extra money and now when i am trying to call travel traingle agents regarding reimbursement of my remining money as i hav not complted my trip . They are not picking up phone. Very disappointing.
