We had an amazing trip to Thailand with NavigatioAsia covering Bangkok and Pattaya (3 days each). Everything was well-organized, perfectly planned, and always on time. From the very beginning, Miraj (our trip planner) did an exceptional job. He carefully designed the itinerary considering we were traveling with our little one, and made sure every detail was taken care of. He even accommodated a few last-minute changes with complete flexibility, which made the whole journey stress-free for us. Special mention to our captains/drivers — Mohammed, Jahangir, and Qadir — who were simply brilliant throughout. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, always sharing helpful information and interesting insights about Dubai. Hotel Service and Cab service is average, But agent is good.

I recently booked a Dubai tour package through Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel via the TravelTriangle portal, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The itinerary was poorly managed, with delays, miscommunication, and unprofessional behavior from local drivers and coordinators. Several promised inclusions were either missing or downgraded, and we faced long wait times, inadequate food arrangements, and a complete lack of support once the payment was done. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper resolution or accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned. This review is only visible because I had to rate it 5 stars — don’t be misled by the rating, read the review carefully before booking.

I had a very good experience with Turn on Vacation. Sandeep did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very professional, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. What impressed me the most was that he kept following up after every milestone to ensure everything was on track and that I was satisfied. Truly great service, and I would highly recommend them!

All the hotels were good ,great service for reasonable price.Travel agent Kevin and our driver his assistant all were very good and explaining all the details. We enjoyed a lot in this trip .thank you
