Paro is Bhutan's main airport, and most International Flights are directed there. Delhi to Bhutan distance by flight is 1240 Kilometres. It is easiest to travel to Bhutan from Delhi by flight, although there are other methods available as well.

By Road: Travelling from Delhi to Bhutan by road remains one of the more difficult methods to travel between the two locations. While it is possible, anyone attempting the journey should be ready for multiple days of travel. The time taken to travel by road is 37 hours, while the distance needed to be travelled is 1954.7 kilometers. To get there, a person would need to travel through Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, through West Bengal, and finally, enter Bhutan.

By Rail: While there is no direct route by the railways to Bhutan, the journey is far from impossible. There are ways by which one can break the journey to Bhutan from Delhi by train. The first destination to be reached is Hasimara, a small town in Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Trains are available between Delhi and Hasimara. You can then travel to the border town of Jaigaon by bus or taxi and then enter Bhutan from the border to travel to your destination.
