Agent was very kind and cooperative till the service was booked. Her phone's network issue increased as soon as the full payment was made. However she was coordinating well through whatsapp messages. All the cab drivers were well behaved. No issues at all on that side. Cruise rides were fantastic. No complaints to make. We have really enjoyed the trip. Everything on this trip was perfect except for the hygiene maintained on the "Blue Waves Beach Resort" on Havelock Island. Though the resort has a private beach but it does not have good cleanliness. The bedsheets were not clean, lot of mosquitos, food services was very bad. Other than poori/paratha & veg curry there was nothing available. Toilets were full of lizards and cockroaches. TV's were not working. Other hotels were really amazing. Services were fantastic.

Hotel at Port Blair was not that was promised. Ferry for port Blair to Havelock was not government one it was private so could not get reimbursement for it. Rest was ok team was good and Friendly. coordination was good

Very organised. One suggestion, Include time for enjoying in beach at havelock. Time was only enough to do photoshoot Photoshoot, beach resort, radha nagar and barathpur beach.

Our trip was truly memorable and unforgettable! The booking process was super easy, and the itinerary was perfectly planned to suit our needs and budget . Did not have panic attack anywhere as everything went off smoothly . The team in Port Blair and Neil Island was very helpful and co operative especially Mr. Dipankar, Mr Gaurav Mr Amit who handled all queries and last-minute issues efficiently. However, the experience in Havelock Island could have been better, as the tour operator, Mr. Ashok, was very rude, and the cab driver, Mr. Salim, was uncooperative. and downright arrogant Overall, a fantastic trip with great service—just needs some improvements in certain areas!

I had booked a holiday tour to Andamans for my parents. The point person Ms. Smita from Holiday Feets was extremely cooperative and responsive. She guided me a lot in making a personalized package. The hotels were very good especially Sandy Waves Beach Resort at Havelock. Their cab service was also very good and the staff at Andaman was helpful and supportive. All in all my parents had a very memorable trip and were happy with their on the ground coordination. Since their flight landed early morning at Port Blair, Smita made it a point that my parents were able to get early check-in at the hotel. I would surely recommend Holiday Feets and their team if anyone wants to visit Andaman.

Positive: 1. Overall trip was good, most of the schedules & coordination are on time except those mentioned in negative. 2. Hotels review: Driftwood hotel at port blair was good however, their washroom was quite small but food was good, Ocean Tree Hotel at Havelock was very good property & all facility including pool, private beach, food all are excellent, small hitch we faced was frequent power shutdowns but they restore the power immediately. Hotel Pearl Park at Neil was also excellent property & its location & food was very good, but the property lacks regular maintenance some facility was out of service. But overall good hotel. 3. All coordinating person has promptly assisted during our water activities like, sea walk, scuba diving and other activity. Negative 1. No information given to team at Neil Island for our coming, contact number provided for person at Neil was not picking calls, even when I call to Delhi office (Ms Smita), she told that we are informing wait at your location & never called back to know our status. This caused us to wait for more than 1hr 30 min at Neil Jetty. 2. Even during booking package, it was agreed that Green Ocean ferry shall not be booked and only Makruss/Nautica/ITT majestic shall be booked. However, from returning from Neil to Port blair, Green ocean ferry was booked, which make us suffer in suffocating cabin of Green Ocean. 3. We are 2 family going together for trip and told to plan visit timing together but the tickets of light and sound show at cellular Jail having different timing. Feedback for improvement: The point mentioned in Negative may be work upon so that such issue may not be faced by other. Further, before visit, if it was guided better what required during visit, network issues, etc may be helpful future travelers. Many of them, first Scuba diving, radhanagar beach, laxman pur sunset

Apart from Couple of places (Cellular jail, Radhanagar beach, elephanta island for water rides) other visits were boaring. It keeps on from one beach to another with nothing new. Hotels at Havelock was in very bad shape & at Neil is not upto mark. Cellular jail visit + elephanta beach rides..

The Andaman trip was very well managed and the itinerary was created as per our request. The hotels were great and the commute plan was great too. Overall had a great experience. The complimentary snorkeling and photoshoot was disappointing. The support was timely and overall execution was top notch. Highly recommended Havelock Radhanagar beach and light and sound show at cellular jail
