Las Palmas Hotel in Munnar did not offer Ala Carte as there was only Buffet dinner, though the menu card available in Room is offering so much. Karar Garden Seemed to be fine. House Boat: Photos shared with me before booking is not same as the house boat which was physically offered to us and wasn't hygiene and waste of Money. There was so many places offered to be visited in Cochin, but could not make it!!! We were dropped at airport by 5PM and our flight was at 9:30PM and had so much time to visit places mentioned in the offer. But driver didn't take us there saying we will be late if struck in Jam, this did not make any sense as they were driving only at 40KMPH speed while taking us to airport allowing all other vehicles to pass and as per them we were to reach airport by 6:30 with the present condition but we were dropped off by 5PM it self.

We had not much good experience in Shangri-Las Resorts specially their breakfast services and also attached bathroom with rooms Radhanagar photoshoot in Havelock

Trip was good, but it can be better, hotels were not upto the mark except Shangri las. Candle light dinner

Myself and my wife booked our US trip for 2 weeks through TMS Holidays overseen by Travel Triangle for travel in the first week of Feb 2020. Straight Away I would give them a thumbs Up for a thoroughly enjoyable and fully satisfied trip which included several states including our start from St Francisco , Los Angeles , Las Vegas , New York , Washington and Miami. The chief person in this entire trip RASHID is a perfect professional and a lovely person. I was circumspect about trusting such a big tour and the money being invested and god forbid get a bad deal in hotels or so but I must say that every service and co-ordination be it hotel or transfers or sight seeings etc were all precise and absolutely as agreed and understood between us. He is a very knowledgeable person and one who keeps his word and continuously follows up before the tour for any required changes and feeding of documents / tickets / vouchers etc as also whilst on tour as to our timing , any issues or dissatisfaction or any matter if at all. This is professionalism as usually tour operators take the money and look for their next potential customer without ensuring whether the clients are getting it all what they have been committed too. I have myself t ravelled a lot in the past 3 decades so I know where the tour operators can let you down and swallow a good chunk for their profits but with Rashid and TMS Holidays I am completely satisfied and the 9 out of 10 is because there is always room for improvement and few small things can be ironed out but they are not at any negative for me. I will surely consider TMS Holidays and Rashid for my future tours whenever and It is my honest statement that TMS Holdays with Rashid in it is GENUINE AND RELIABLE TOUR OPERATOR and wish he keeps and maintains the same good attitude and commitment. This is all possible when customers/ clients also make their requirement clear and confirm to the tour programme without any misunderstanding like I felt I had this understanding with them. I would also commend Babloo of the transfer section from Avis India who was excellent his co-ordination and regular follow ups and timely intimation of pick ups and drop offs even though it was very odd timing with the time difference in India and US., Good Luck and wish you the very best of success and Life always. never recommend shangri las hotel n resort in havelock to anybody,.. horrible service.. hopeless staff...

A trip to remember with all the scenic beauty, blue waters and splendid places to roam and relax . very well planned by happy holidays and catered by cordial drivers at each location. only down point was hotel NK international , which gave a bad memory of bedbugs, improper lightning and arrogant staff behaviour. blue waters, white sand, shangri-las beach resort, scuba, underwater walk, lush green terrains.

The trip was a good experience for us. The drivers were polite, friendly, helpful and prompt. The hotel at Port Blair - Marina Manor was very good in every manner-cleanliness, room, facilities and food. But the hotel Shangri-Las Beach at Havelock was a let-down. It looks good from the outside but when we entered the room, it gave a very damp, unpleasant smell, and the blanket, pillows were dirty/not cleaned for a long time and musty smelling. Service was also not good and prompt. Location was good, in the sense that we had access to beach from the hotel backside. We loved the beaches in Havelock, and the snorkeling experience. Overall a memorable trip for our anniversary. (Also would have been better if some sort of special arrangement like cake/room decoration was done since it was our anniversary trip)

We have make Honeymoon Tour with Travel Triangle. it was not that much good as well not that much bad. it was average. Regarding Hotels: In Munnar: Las Palms was average. not that much good. Breakfast was nice. Our candle Light dinner was at Terrace.if we want something then we need to personally go to the Downstairs. No service man was available at Terrace for food service. so it was not that much good as i was expecting. In Thekaddy: Jungle Park was good. Breakfast was nice. House Boat : House Boat was good and it was great experience. food was also nice. In Kovalam: Sanskriti Green Palm was not good Hotel. I found there were not enough staff over there. Break fast was average. i didn't find fruits for breakfast. i have found issues with dinner as well. They are not Providing Restaurant/food services. In Cochin: Diwans Court was nice. food also nice. Unfortunately Thekaddy and Cochin Hotels are good and we have only 1 night to stay there. and in Munnar and Kovalam Hotels are not much good and we have 2 nights to stay :(. Regarding Driver: we got new Innova,but driver was not that much good. He does not know Hindi Properly. He drives very slow. so every time we reach late to the Hotels. Driver did not know the local markets as well. so we find issues for shopping as well. On the way to road he didn't know the places to visit.even he doesn't know where movies(Chennai express) shoot.
