It is OFF SEASON but yet the package was on higher side, hotel of Phuentsholing and Paro was not upto the mark. At Paro it was far off from city centre between a farm land. There was a clear communication from my side to close the deal within 50k but came to know at time of immigration that SDF was additional it didn't set the tone right for the trip also some sight seeing were not covered, anyways it's over now and almost a safe trip. The journey was nice with nice almost new car of Mr.Lobzang and guide Mr. Sonam was also good. Couple of restaurants were good and Thimpu hotel was great

I am very happy with the services that Ceylon Trips and Tramps made for my parents. The driver cum guide udyanga was very polite and cooperative and made them feel as comfortable as family. Special mention to him. The iterniery as mentioned was almost covered everyday. The hotels booked were all good, except the one night at bentota where due to the change in the plan there was a lot of time wasted in searching for a new hotel and was exhaustive. The car was comfortable gave a leisurely feel on travel. Overall you guys made the trip cherishable and memorable, thank you very much. Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

Only negative part is that Hotel Clark Collection charged 18 %GST for fooding their restuarant but all other hotels charged only 5%GST ... Please note that it's against rules

Food & Accommodation: Grand Mir International: Great food, but my bed had a broken ply. The issue was temporarily fixed, and I got a new room the next day. Check bed condition at check-in. White Water Resort Pahalgam: My request for a front-side view room was not honored, despite prior instructions. Many travelers faced similar issues. Extra beds were uncomfortable, and check-in/room selection took over an hour. Heevan Houseboat: Average food for vegetarians. Have a proper meal in Srinagar beforehand. Sightseeing & Tips: Pahalgam requires two days: Day 1: ABC Valley and nearby points. Day 2: Baisaran Valley. Stay near the taxi stand/main market in Pahalgam for convenience. Shankaracharya Temple closes at 4:30 PM; plan accordingly. At Sonmarg, negotiate for boots/jackets and pay via UPI or keep proof of payment. Health & Budget: Avoid overeating makki ki roti and sarson ka saag from Doodhpathri; it caused stomach issues. Carry ₹7,000–₹10,000 cash per person for sightseeing. These tips can help ensure a smoother experience in Kashmir.
