We happen to book our Andaman travel through this agency (Andaman Travelmania) during early Dec-24. Arrangements were excellent and they ensured our comforts throughout our trip. All pick up & drops were in time and accommodations were superb. Itinerary shared by then was really good and covered maximum places in 4n/5d. Special thanks to Nazia the coordinator from the agency who was very proactive and had made all arrangements in time. She was great in guiding us while itinerary was being finalized. She was in regular touch with us throughout the trip and ensured our comfort at all venues. Coordinators Anil bhai (at Port Blair) and Deepankar (at Havelock) were too good and took care of us very well. In nutshell, entire arrangement by this agency was superb.

the trip was bitter sweet. First the good : 1. Mr. rashid in port blair was extremely courteous and provided exceptional services. First day our itinerary had light show in cellular jail however the same could not be completed due to rainfall. however even without asking mr. rashid arranged the tickets on another day. Hotel de pebbles suggested by travel agency was very good . The owner there was extremely polite. 2. the resort at havelock was a beautiful property and photoshoot at radhanagar beach was very beautiful. Radhanagar beach was very beautiful and serene.. 3. Mr surojit at neil island provided good hospitality even while he himself was struck with fever. The bad: 1. Day 1 was disaster due to bad weather and poor maintenance/ arrangement of tourist spots by govt in port blair. 2. our seats in ferries from port blair to havelock and neil were in the middle thus offering no access to sea view. Seat selection by travel agency could have been better. 3. Due to bad road conditions , Natural bridge at neil was closed and all the sunset views were shrouded by clouds. Though if not for natural bridge (about which I don't know) i think one can skip neil island as there is nothing much to see here. The ugly: 1. The stay at pearl park beach resort at neil was disastrous. The staff as well as food at the resort there is pathetic. the resort is at a very good location. except for that evrything there is bad. the maintenance, cleanliness . This was further ruined by a very poor selection of rooms by travel agency. even though i explicitly told that i wanted a luxurious stay at havelock and neil, the rooms at neil were worse than any room i have ever stayed , including any oyo room. Overall experience of the trip was very good. The help from all the concerned from the travel agent was also very quick. Especially the contact person in Port blair was very helpful and interactive. However, had a very bad experience with respect to hotels in Havelock. The stay in Port blair and Neils island was good. Request to please consider not to allot the hotel in Havelock to anyone coming for trip. The can was very clean and the cab drivers were informative and very punctual. In Havelock island, the hotel informed us about the complimentary candle light dinner however as that was not included in the quote, it caused confusion and hence was not done. Request to include it in the quote from next time Had a great time at Radhanagar beach and thankful for complimentary photoshoot. Had time in the Green Ocean jetty also.

Our Andaman trip with Pearl Andaman Travels was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived in Port Blair, everything was impeccably organized. Havelock and Neil Island were breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters, serene beaches, and unforgettable experiences like snorkeling , scuba, parasailing and beach walks. The personalized touch and excellent customer service made the trip even more special. Highly recommend Pearl Andaman Travels for anyone looking to explore the Andaman Islands in comfort and style! I have only one complaint about travel triangle that travel triangle mobile application login can't done in my mobile and I have raised the issue at the time of booking but still travel triangle doesn't solve it till 2 months. I do have one complaint regarding Travel Triangle. I faced an issue logging into the Travel Triangle mobile app on my phone, and I raised the concern at the time of booking. Unfortunately, despite waiting for two months, the issue has not been resolved. While everything works fine when there are no problems, it seems that if something goes wrong, Travel Triangle struggles to provide a timely solution. Snorkeling at Havelock Island and Scuba at Neil island in the early morning 6 o'clock was best among all. All the beaches are good but We like kala patthar beach more.
