Tour and itenary was arranged very nicely by Clipago Private Limited. There were no hurdles we faced during the trip. Hotels given were excellent, only the Casa Del M Hotel at Phuket which was chosen by me found at a distance from main Market or Beach area where we had to take vehicle and go. Veg food was not available in this Casa Del M hence for Vegetarian it will be problem except fruits. Clipago team was very much reachable over the phone as and when required and the response was prompt, their team found truly professionals. Recommending not to Visit Thailand May to September months. October to March is good time to enjoy and visit all islands, max can be extended till April but not in May due to weather conditions in Thailand. Overall the Trip was very nice and i would like to thanks Travel Triangle and Clipago team for making the tour success inspite of bad weather conditions. Strongly recommends Clipago.

Our recent getaway, thoughtfully organized by TravelTriangle, was nothing short of a dream come true. From beginning to end, everything was flawlessly executed and incredibly memorable. Our main intention behind booking the Bali trip through Travel Triangle was the hope of receiving a better and more seamless experience compared to directly booking through local tour operators in Bali. Based on that expectation, we finalized our trip with Tour Hunters. The booking process, including receiving the vouchers and initial coordination, went smoothly. However, the actual experience during the trip was far from satisfactory. We were two families traveling together, and the biggest issue started with the execution on ground. We were assigned a driver who was also supposed to act as our guide. While the driver during our stay in Kuta and Ubud was polite, he had no guiding knowledge whatsoever — he was merely a driver. Due to this lack of guidance, we missed out on a couple of important places on our itinerary. For example, one evening we were taken to a temple and reached there at 7:05 PM, only to be told it was closed at 7:00 PM. What was disappointing is that we had stopped on the way for 20–25 minutes, and the driver didn’t inform us about the closing time. That resulted in a complete waste of 3 hours (1 hour to the temple and 2 hours back to the hotel). Another instance was at Tanah Lot. Although we reached the destination, we were taken to a different side of the area, completely missing the more iconic and beautiful view from the main side. Again, the lack of guidance played a role in this mishap. The most troubling part of our trip was at Nusa Penida. The driver there was extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening in his behavior. As tourists, we rely on local operators for information and direction. If something is not aligned with their plans, it should be communicated politely and respectfully. Instead, his tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw how other tourists were treated by their drivers and felt extremely disappointed with our choice. In hindsight, choosing Tour Hunters through Travel Triangle turned out to be a grave mistake. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip became frustrating and disappointing in many aspects. I have provided similar feedback to the Travel Agent of Tour Hunters on May 28th and still awaiting for the response :) .

The trip was well organized and helpful, But the places and timings needs to be better updated. The recommended places in the trip were not so good. The candle light dinner arranged was awful ( I generally do not write negative reviews that easy) but this was a disaster. Foul smelling food was served and they happily accepted that it was the left overs from buffet. The hotel management was so bad at handling food. But the driver was extremely helpful in making sure we had good experience.

Overall trip was really good. But some places in the itinerary were not upto the mark. Places like beaches in nusa penida were not the places to be excited about. The kintamani view of batur mountain was not very exciting either. Sometimes driver try to convince us for activities outside the itinerary. The behaviour and timing of driver were good. You need to add more happening places in itinerary. There needs to be more clarity in inclusions and exclusions. Like cost of photos or lunch or dinner. No one was there to provide on spot addition of new activities. The itinerary was exceptional as it was well managed. There is room for improvement though. All in all I will definitely recommend others to choose travel triangle for their travels. Gillie T is one of the best places I visited during the trip. The aston beach resort is awesome. It should be two days in itinerary instead of one.

An excellent vacation, thanks to the Team at Felix Feria. There were other more 'economical' packages on offer by other agencies (for the same itinerary as well), but we went ahead with FF anyways - banking on their assurance of "there will be no surprises or last minute hidden costs escalation" in their package. And indeed it went absolutely as promised ! Must mention here that our cab driver in Bali (Mr Wayan) - a very cheerful, punctual and understanding person, made our cab trips an absolute pleasure. Thanks Felix Feria Team for making the vacation a memorable one for me and my family.

Big thanks to Pooja for organising my trip to Bali in May 2025 in a well organised manner. This is my first international trip and your arrangements from ALS destination are truly awesome. We have had multiple drivers for our stay and special mention to Driver Nura. He was so punctual and very friendly. He helped us so much and suggested hotels according to our taste. Great highlight of the trip is stay at Nusa Lembongan. I think opting Lembongan island as per Pooja suggestion was incredible. We really had a great time exploring beauty of Bali . I had booked my travel (Sightseeing and Local Transfers) with Trang of Golden Footstep and would say it was one of the best decisions for the Trip. Her arrangements and updates to customer were to the point. She ensured I had a comfortable experience during my travel. There were not just one but every part of the journey was memorable right from my 1st destination that was Phu Quoc to Ha Noi, Ba na hills was the best of the lot along with 3 island tour at phu quoc.
