I had an amazing experience with TravelTriangle and Pearl Andaman during my trip to the Andaman Islands. Initially, I had planned and booked my hotels independently. However, late one night, I received a call from Pearl Andaman, and the conversation was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their support was so impressive that I decided to cancel my previous bookings and go ahead with their package. The entire process was seamless, and the trip went off without a hitch. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Pearl Andaman and TravelTriangle, which made my vacation hassle-free and memorable.

Overall experience of the trip was very good. The help from all the concerned from the travel agent was also very quick. Especially the contact person in Port blair was very helpful and interactive. However, had a very bad experience with respect to hotels in Havelock. The stay in Port blair and Neils island was good. Request to please consider not to allot the hotel in Havelock to anyone coming for trip. The can was very clean and the cab drivers were informative and very punctual. In Havelock island, the hotel informed us about the complimentary candle light dinner however as that was not included in the quote, it caused confusion and hence was not done. Request to include it in the quote from next time Had a great time at Radhanagar beach and thankful for complimentary photoshoot. Had time in the Green Ocean jetty also.

Booked Bali trip thru Aga Holidays Pros:- 1. On Field drivers and agents in Bali were very good 2. Hotels were nice 3. Overall trip experience was a good one. 4. Bali travel agent were super concerned polite and helpful in time of need. Cons 1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. After repeatedly asking for details of scuba didnt get any information on the experience 3. No response from the travel agent when in need while changing the hotel from ubud to kuta again. Had to do it on my own. 4. Wont book trip again from aga holiday ( travel triangle )

Worst hotel was Shangri-La hotel at Havelock Island with such an unprofessional approach. Worst and stinging food, broken plates ... Otherwise other places where we stayed were perfect. Your service was Good ... Looking forward to book future tours with you.

Everything was as per discussed. Was given support by travel triangle partner during the trip and the response was instant. No issues faced during the trip. Awesome experience, we covered all the spots decided. The driver was kind and patient throughout the tour. Did not feel going out of country because of constant communication and well planned trip. The temple visits and nusa penida was awesome.

1. Excellent suggestion on the Travel Agent options. 2. Payment terms and modality of installments is user friendly. 3. It is probably the mandate of travel triangle to facilitate the travel schedule chosen by the customer. Perfect. Wish some inputs are mildly/indirectly provided by Travel Triangle in future to the prospective customers on the validity of their travel dates as far as tour season in the destination is concerned. If the travel dates fall in low season period, the shops are 90% closed, the internal transfers/ mode of travel (e.g ferries in Greece for the travel between islands get shut down in the low season period). 4. Hope there exist efforts from Travel Triangle to get the partnered agents in one room and train them of certain policy aspects . I am confident the top mgmt at Travel Triangle is aware about this. There is increased trend in higher middle class for aportioning funds for international travel and more over distinctly pronounced trend ( at least in Mahatrashtra) to avoid travelling thru big tour-arranging companies where the cotravellers don't exactly wear compatible mind-sets. Such travellers need more design inputs while deciding on the travel period for a given location. Hope above feed back would be taken in right perspective .
