ything was easy to reach. A special thanks to our agent, Firdaus Ansari. She was patient, polite and always available to answer our questions. She understood what we wanted, planned the itinerary well and handled every detail without any last-minute stress. Whenever we needed advise, she responded quickly and sorted things out right away. The whole trip ran smoothly, with no hidden surprises and good value for money. I'd happily book with Bindas Trip again and already recommended them to friends and family.
