Port Blair Friends Packages

Taken Kashmir package for family. Had very beautiful experience. Hotels, Cab & management was very good. Special thanks to Iqbal bhai who was with us for 5 days as a Driver cum guide. He is very helpful and polite. Thanks to Paradise port team and Neha ji who planned this trip for us.

Port Blair hotels not meeting expectations as mentioned as 5star. Other hotels good Havelock Island and Sunset at Chidiya Tapu..

Our travel agent 'Andaman Great Holidays' are very friendly and cooperative. Overall experience was good. They are always upfront with any issues we are facing. We went to Port blair, havelock and Neil Island, out of which Havelock was best. Neil has nothing as such to visit. Although, the weather was not very favorable. The temperature was raised to 38'C or so. I wish we have been suggested about the temperature prior to package booking. Scuba Diving was the best thing we have done. It's an altogether a new experience for us.

Quoting and planning the trip by Alka was good, and it was well executed by on field agent Surjit was perfect and that was equally matched by the Cab services provided to us on on time always. Loved the stay at Symphony Palm beach resort and food at charcoal restaurant was excellent. but was disappointed on the closure of the Elephant Beach due to bad weather/road. over all the experience was good. Stay @ J Hotel helped us to travel less round the city of port blair, Cab service was on time always, briefing by Surjit was perfect.

I would really like to appreciate the Andaman great Holidays. If you are planning a trip there, please contact them first. They will plan a trip for you and help and guide you in every possible way. Trip was well managed. Cab driver was very good. The Hotel stay was also good. Really hats off to the Andaman Great Holidays. Though surrounded by attractive lush forest and rugged coastline, Port Blair is more or less your typical Indian town that serves as the provincial capital of the Andamans. Things to do: -Visit Cellular Jail or Kala Pani in Port Blair - The light and sound show Cellular Jail is drenched in colonial and political history. Indian freedom fighters were jailed and gruesomely executed by the British in these confines. -Ross Island Few miles from Port Blair is the Ross Island, once an administrative headquarter for the Britishers. -The coral island, North Bay in Port Blair North Bay island is a popular destination in Port Blair. The beach and the snorkeling opportunities in its fringing coral reefs are the closest ones you will find at Port Blair. A ferry will take you across Aberdeen Jetty and bring you back after 3 hour. The corals at North Bay are rather good and spread over large area. You're very likely to spot many fish, a lobster, or even clams on the coral reef.When at North Bay, it is time to relax and enjoy. Options such as Snorkeling, Scuba Diving and Sea Walk are also available. -HAVELOCK ISLAND This island, with beautiful sandy beaches fringed with green canopy of the rain-fed forests beckons everyone to enjoy the frolic and fun at the azure sea.

The trip by andanman holidays was fairly organised. The services and support provided by tour operator Adi at Port blair were fantastic. At havelock, however one has to confirm all details before the trip including water sports and other things not included in itinerary as the agent there was not easily available with the network problem. The hotels at Havelock were good. I would recommend Gold Star Beach Resort for their services. The hotel loc at Neil was also good. Overall a good trip and nice place to be. Candle light dinner, Scuba at Havelock. sunset beach at Neil & Chidiyatapu. Radhanagar beach.

Had good experiences in our Andaman holidays.. Agent guides at all the three places I.e. port Blair, Havelock and Neil were very good. loved their service. We stayed 3 days in Port Blair and 2 days in Havelock. Hotel in Port Blair was very very nice and due to heavy demand we were made to stay in two hotels in Havelock. stay in Radhakrishna resort was awesome but did not like the hospitality and quality or Dreamland Resort. Please avoid this resort in Havelock. Cabs were average could have given better maintained ones.. but since travel within the places are very less this can be ignored. overall had a nice experience and would definitely recommend Andaman Great holidays..

First 2 days was good and was as per itinerary But when we reached Neil island then service became really poor. As per Itinerary we were supposed to go to Bharatpur, Laxmanpur & Sitapur beaches and Howrah bridge but our driver took us to Howrah bridge only. He took us Laxmanpur at 6PM when there was nothing to see. Candle light dinner was booked with Cake and Wine but we received everything in bits and pieces. Cake in Portblair, dinner in havelock and then wine in port blair again. Ross island was included in our Itinerary but it was not covered either. Scuba Diving

Overall a very good trip. Roy, Adi and Arijit did a good job as per plan with respect to service, hospitality and timelines. There are few things though they can improve - Cruise travel class from Port Blair to Neil was in economy which should have been discussed beforehand. Hotel Tango Waves didn't have power backup which was not known to the agent, we had suffered a lot during power cuts(service, food, hygiene were good). Elephant beach was closed however Chidiya Tapu visit was organised in a very short notice. Other hotels in Neil and Havelock were good. Agent Ratan in Neil and Pradeep in Havelock were also quite helpful. Didn't receive any surprise gifts as stated. Scuba diving in Havelock island.

Andaman is a very good place to visit and will recommend every one to visit there. Everything went good for us, except for the cruise timings from Port Blair to Havelock. The travel agent said it will be a morning ferry, but when I reached port blair, they said, sir we didn't get the tickets for the morning ferry. They give me tickets for afternoon ferry and my half day was wasted in Port Blair. I couldn't visit all the places in Havelock. The worst part is when I saw the ferry tickets booking date, it was 12 days after I made the payment. Candle night dinner at Havelock at Holiday Inn hotel.
