The overall experience was just about okay — not terrible, but definitely not what was promised or expected. While the itinerary was planned in advance, the car provided was far from luxury, despite prior assurance, and felt more like a basic taxi. The driver was polite but mostly functioning as a pick-and-drop resource, without any flexibility if we had to go somewhere else. Although he was very polite and very punctual. One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour. We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.

Everything was mostly good. The only improvement could be to include more city time in port lois. We lot very less time to explore the main city market and do shopping. Also we got very limited time at Waterfront in port lois. We hoped to see sunset there but travel agent wanted to wrap by 4pm and leave early.

Very nice trip and enjoyed well. Last day was okay as there was nothing much to see in port Blair in carbin cove beach instead this could be covered first day and 5th day we could plan chidiya tapu. But over all a very nice experience and everything was planned well. Anitha ajmera coordinated very well and she is very patient. Hotel at Port Blair was not that was promised. Ferry for port Blair to Havelock was not government one it was private so could not get reimbursement for it. Rest was ok team was good and Friendly. coordination was good

3 star hotel not match the expectations, poor service at port Blair swaneha hotel and havlock blue heaven resort, the silver pearl beach resort in neil island is very nice. Neil island resort and natural bridge is very good.

Our trip was truly memorable and unforgettable! The booking process was super easy, and the itinerary was perfectly planned to suit our needs and budget . Did not have panic attack anywhere as everything went off smoothly . The team in Port Blair and Neil Island was very helpful and co operative especially Mr. Dipankar, Mr Gaurav Mr Amit who handled all queries and last-minute issues efficiently. However, the experience in Havelock Island could have been better, as the tour operator, Mr. Ashok, was very rude, and the cab driver, Mr. Salim, was uncooperative. and downright arrogant Overall, a fantastic trip with great service—just needs some improvements in certain areas!

I had booked a holiday tour to Andamans for my parents. The point person Ms. Smita from Holiday Feets was extremely cooperative and responsive. She guided me a lot in making a personalized package. The hotels were very good especially Sandy Waves Beach Resort at Havelock. Their cab service was also very good and the staff at Andaman was helpful and supportive. All in all my parents had a very memorable trip and were happy with their on the ground coordination. Since their flight landed early morning at Port Blair, Smita made it a point that my parents were able to get early check-in at the hotel. I would surely recommend Holiday Feets and their team if anyone wants to visit Andaman.

Tips for Travelers to Port Blair:

Carry sunglasses, hats, and sun-screen.
Spend more time at the North-Bay Island when on the three-island tour to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. They also have some water sports for your entertainment.
Enjoy the open boat ride at North-Bay. The base of the boat is transparent glass and you can see some amazing corals and marine life in the clear waters.

Go shopping for some lovely handicrafts, seashells and pearl jewelry, and some souvenirs to take back.

Visit the Cellular Jail towards the evening and stay back for their light and sound show that will take you back in history.

Port Blair has an abundant historic value in Indian History. The Cellular Jail was a place where most of our freedom fighters were sent during the British Raj. There are museums in Port Blair which tell us about India’s significant past.
