This tour was only for Cab - Pathankot pick up - Dharamshala Sight Seeing and Srinagar Drop. 1st Cab Ertiga of Pradeep Ji was nice and He managed to cover the points even our arrival got delayed (Train) He dropped us till Jammu and then arrange another Cab to drop at Srinagar that cab was not good

an old Inova with no seat belt and covers. The overall costing was more as the package was only for Cab and not stay. Thanks for serving us. Dharamshala Sight Seeing

Our recent experience with the agency was mixed due to several issues: Driver working hours – There was no clear mention of the driver’s working timings in the itinerary or booking details. This led to confusion and inconvenience during the trip. According to him his timings were from 6 am to 8 pm

which we were not informed at the timing of booking or later also. Chandigarh itinerary – The planned schedule for Chandigarh was unrealistic and could not be followed as promised. I had even pointed out the same but yet was told that those activities were possible. This reflects poor planning and lack of practical consideration for travel time and feasibility. Hotel selection – On a positive note, the hotels chosen were well-selected and provided a comfortable stay, which was the highlight of the trip.
