How To Reach Pandoh Dam In Mandi

Wondering how to reach the Pandoh dam? This hydroelectric power generating dam is situated on a small road which is a few kilometers away from the Pandoh-Janjehli road. The dam is constructed at a distance of 26km from the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh and it is a 6km drive from Pandoh.

By Bus

You can easily commute to the Pandoh dam through buses and taxis, the nearest bus stand is situated in Manali that lies at a distance of 10 km from the place. You can also reach the place through Himachal Tourism buses or can book yourself a private taxi or Uber. Luckily the dam is very well correlated to the main city via all modes of transportation by road. However, it is still suggested to take a bus and travel in groups.

I enjoyed myself after compromising the money i paid to agents.

Pathetic experience with agent from Mr. Aman joshi (easy go) he convinced me stating that end stage other agencies change hotel and i believed him. I asked him before a week that he has booked hotels we agreed. He said yes. But he was lying. End momement he called me that hotel at shimla is not avai

lable. Also hotel at manali was not good. Alternate hotel provided for shimla was with lower budget than i paid for. He didnt listen and also Ms. Vanshika is useless. Not a single day she called and ask about hows journey going on. Rather in problem i called her and she said diplomatically ok i will check and update, but no update. Total waste of money. I am in dilemma to go with my upcoming tour after 15 days. Only driver Mr. Kishorilal was good remaining experience with family was 1 out of 10. Very bad service by agent of travel triangle as well as Easy Go agency. They share good reviews of their customers to trap people.
