Nitinsharma's 4 days trip to SolanShimla services was better but Manali hotel manager behaviour was not good and also food quality was not good and he was taken extra money for coffee Kufri snow and driver behaviour, Shimla hotel services , Snow biking more than scenes we have capture
Pravin's 4 days trip to SolanOverall trip was great. Nice weather, nice spots. A bit costly all the things at solang valley. Not worth as compared to time given for activities. Manali hotel overall is good place for living. Propmt service. Only things they can add is adding varieties in daily dinner and breakfast. Kasol hotel was not good. Heater provided with extra charges was not even ok. Its waste of money. Food also was not good. Driver was good at driving. But at starting he was not enthusiastic for showing different places or not even same places which was mentioned in trip details. Expecting other places or options if any of the place is closed or not reachable. Solang valley - only place with snow. Kasol - Manikarn -mesmerizing view. Manali street mall.
Nadursuresh's 5 days trip to SolanDriver should be knowing a common language lik English

Akshay's 6 days trip to SolanThanks a lot Zoom Himachal for such wonderful and memorable trip. Kiran mam was very helpful throughout our tour. Thanks a lot for giving us beautiful moments we cherished in our trip.
Rupesh's 5 days trip to SolanI had booked Shimla Manali tour from 'Travel and Time'. The tour was really memorable one. The view from hotel in Manali was awesome. Also the cab driver was very polite and professional. The food in hotels was delicious one. Special thanks to Mr. Manish from Travel and Time for making good arrangements.
Anand's 3 days trip to SolanOur Manali trip was arranged by Ms. Shabnam from North India Tours. It as well arranged. The stay and food at Himalayan Heights Hotel was excellent. The driver was punctual and polite but for the adventure activities , he would take us to stalls/counters that charge unreasonably high. He seemed to have a tie up with those stalls. In case we tried to book through another stall, the driver and his stall guys would threaten the other stall guys and make it impossible for us to choose the guys offering a better rate. Also the driver was not ready to drive till the sightseeing places. Most of the time we had to walk uphill. Precisely Solang valley and Manu temple, we were made to walk atleast 2-3 kms uphill. The driver would cite reasons like chances of vehicle getting stuck( it was a Toyota Innova) And we noticed alto cars and even rickshaws going uphill , while walking to these places. Overall we enjoyed the trip - only the experience with driver stood out like a sore thumb. Would recommend the tour operator and the hotel of stay for everyone and would request tour operator to engage with honest and ethical drivers
Yoginder's 6 days trip to SolanHad a very best moments in shimla during my honeymoon . The checkout time of hotel and departure time of bus should not be so much as of mine.... Kufri tour
