From start to finish, the planning was seamless, with every detail thoughtfully handled by Raunak and the team. We enjoyed every moment, and it was so reassuring to have their consistent support and guidance along the way. The personalised recommendations for each city by Raunak, on top of the customised itinerary made by Meenakshi, made our experience even more amazing, and knowing they were just a call away during our travels gave us complete peace of mind. This was hands-down one of our best-planned vacations, and we can’t wait to book more adventures with Wanderbird Holidays. We did not like the arrangements at all. They could have been much better planned and executed if they would have thought about their customers even a bit. After hundreds of calls, messages and emails from my husband, the final vouchers were handed to us 8 hours before our flight.. we did not even have time to take a careful look at them.. The sightseeing tours were not selected thoughtfully. Most of the sightseeings were at max 1.5 hours long and repititive like the Skydeck in Melbourne, Skypoint in Gold coast, Harbour cruise in Sydney, etc.. and then the entire day was left free, which is good for some days but not all days which was the case with us. Better sightseeing tours should have been planned. We had to book several additional sightseeing tours on Viator.com so as to be able to experience Australia.. If we would have followed only the itinerary prepared by the agent, we wouldn't even have seen a Kangaroo or Koala Bear even after spending so much money and staying for 10 days in Australia.. It was evident that the cheapest of sightseeing tours available were booked for us, for example, the cruise in Sydney was an hour long and consisted of us just sitting on a ferry and seeing the harbour without anyone telling us what we are seeing.. It was a complete waste of time, we got much more information while riding on Ferries for our visit to the zoo that we booked separately.. No pickups from our Hotels were arranged even when complimentary pickups were available with the tours booked.. No directions were provided to us regarding where to reach and how.. No information on local transport available and how to travel was provided.. We know how Google Maps work and therefore got to the specified locations, however, any aged or not so tech savvy travellers would have missed their tours repeatedly.. It was a total chaos. On top of all that, this was my husband's birthday trip and he had told this to the agent several times, but they were not even courteous enough to book us a cake.. The agent wished a very Happy Birthday to my husband on Whatsapp though.. The rooms booked for us in Sydney didn't have complimentary breakfast and were so small that there was hardly any space to stand apart from the queen bed that was provided to the 2 of us.. The upgrades were available starting at just Rs. 1500 per night but they booked us the cheapest option so that they could pocket as much money as possible.. We felt cheated time and again during the entire trip. We will never travel with HubHolidays again and would suggest others too not to make that mistake..

We booked the flight tickets from HubHolidays. Yeeshu and Prashant handled our booking pretty well. Yeeshu was extremely proactive in checking flight tickets for us. For about a week or so he kept checking tickets until we got the best one. He kept the tickets on hold for us when he found appropriate and low fare flight for us and we did the bookings in no time. I couldn't have got that rates by myself. This included the travel insurance and VISA assistance as well. VISA assistance (Pawan and Team) also amazingly handled and we had no problem whatsoever. The sightseeing options provided were also good and at comparable rates but we wanted to see them at our leisure at the destination itself. In all, it was a great experience for us and would recommend to check them out while planning a trip. Shout out to Yeeshu again for handling our booking well. :)

Travel Triangle helped me plan my honeymoon trip to New Zealand. We were in touch with Raunak, a gem of a person. I gave him an itinerary based on my research and interests (of my husband and I). Raunak included almost all those in our itinerary, booked fantastic hotels, and made great arrangements. He had informed the hotels beforehand that it was our honeymoon and so we got cute little surprises in some of the hotels. He also arranged our visas on time, gave phone numbers to coordinate with for hotels/sight-seeing/cabs (we didn't need it because everything was smooth and prompt), and also helped us book our flight tickets. He was available to clarify our doubts. This was a wonderful vacation for us, all thanks to Travel Triangle!

We opted for a self-driven tour organized by Wonder Bird Holidays, masterfully curated by their representative, Mr. Raunak. Mr. Raunak ensured meticulous planning, covering every detail, from plane tickets to hotel bookings and internal tour visits. The arrangement was so impeccable that we never had any idle moments, as each destination was thoughtfully designed step by step to eliminate any potential challenges. Right from the outset, Mr. Raunak comprehensively explained every aspect of the tour, including plane timings, vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules, weather conditions at each location, clothing recommendations, coordination with local tours, their timings, approach locations, and parking conditions. The offered 3-to-4-star hotels were of excellent quality, strategically located in city centers for convenient travel. Mr. Raunak conducted a thorough review of the entire tour, addressing all our queries well before its commencement. He remained consistently available via phone to provide guidance. An instance highlighting his proactive approach occurred during our journey from Wanaka to Mount Cook in New Zealand. Faced with an indefinite road closure, Mr. Raunak promptly informed us and suggested an alternative route, allowing us to reach Mount Cook at 5 PM instead of 1 PM, unlike other travelers who waited in Omarama and arrived at 8:30 PM. We commend Mr. Raunak for his swift and decisive actions on that day. His regular check-ins, inquiries about our location and well-being, and unwavering cooperation compelled us to give him a perfect score of 100 out of 100. I would like to thank the team of HubHoliday ,Mr.Amit Rana in particular and Mr.Vikas as well, for making our honeymoon trip a wonderful memory for the lifetime.The itinerary was perfect to cover both North and South Island highlights in 10days and was also a mix of romantic & adventure getaways.The best memories of the trip are as follows: -Kaituna river rafting -Hobbiton set -Tranz Alpine train from Greymouth to Christchurch -Self drive -Milford sound cruise However,I would like HubHoliday to consider the following points as well in order to improve upon the package offered : - The package cost can be revised as I felt after the trip was over that if I had booked all the hotels/flights/activities/transfers given by HubHoliday all by myself,the package cost would come around 3.25/3.5lakhs in total for 2 persons instead of 4 lakhs - the breakup being : Flights international/domestic and visa : around 1.25 lakhs , car in both islands : 15000 ,hotels : around75000 ,activities :around 1lakh . - The hotel in Christchurch should have been better:room was too clumsy for 2 people Anyways,I would definitely go with the friendly HubHoliday team in near future as well given the interest shown by them to improve further once I gave my feedback to them on the package cost. Travel Triangle and hub holidays helped us to plan and customize our tour. We had a really good experience. All the hotels were good. Queens Town properties had a mesmerizing scenic lake and glacier view. We received all the vouchers timely and did not face any issue during our trip. All our hotels were in the central location except for fox glaciar one. We did not have a very good experience with visa however which was done by travel relations. They were not aware of the documents and type of visa and kept bugging us but travel triangle was able to sort it out. Queens town apartments and the view. Glacier helicopter ride Franz joseph Milford cruise and the waterfalls Driving in new Zealand Indian food in new Zealand . It is comparable to indian restaurants.

We booked our New Zealand through travel traingle and hub holidays. Our plan was customised as per our requirements . Hotels, flights, meal, activities , self drive car everything was good. We did not face any issue during our trip. The only set back was Franz Joseph hotel which was 30 mins away from the main city. Other then that everything was good. We did not have a good experience with the visa team though. They were not aware of all the documents needed and we're not even aware that new Zealand tourist visa is an e visa for Indians, we being in Bangalore had to send them documents couple of time. Also they were rude no customer obsession. The 1 start that I have deducted is solely for travel relations the visa company. At one point we felt we could have done processing for our visa and it would have been much faster. But the experience we had with travel traingle and hub holidays is 5*. New Zealand and it's beauty.
