Cherrapunjee Honeymoon Packages

Trip has been good; traveler(s) is advised to carry ready to cook meals as some of the hotels have timings for ordering food; good to keep small meals handy to pass-it-off especially with kid(s). 1-2 Hotels wasn't upto the mark, namely; Deysal Noora @ Bomdila and Kutmadan @Cherrapunjee (Small rooms with not so good hygiene & too off-beat location that the driver couldn't understand the location) Rest the trip has been a great getaway especially Arunachal-Tawang (Olden day's Tibet) There's hardly anything in Dirang and Bomdila. P.S.: Book a helicopter ride from Tawang to Guwahati than 2 days extensive car rides (Suggestion)

We customized a tour in Assam-Meghalaya through Unexplored Trip for 7D6N. We had an enjoyable time in the wild, in the nature, in the rain that Cherrapunjee is so famous for and soaking in the rich culture of Assam. About Unexplored Trip: What was done well: 1. Closing on the quote - all travel agents do this well! 2. Customizing the trip to include Double Decker, which was a top priority for us 3. Gave us very thoughtful gifts on day 1. We appreciated this more than anything else because we got to enjoy the local culture by donning a part of their local clothing What could have been better: 1. Customer Service - Closing on a customer (booking the trip) is not the end of the relationship. The agency didn't make an effort to communicate progress (hotel booking, safari booking at Kaziranga etc) and even Travel Triangle was unreachable. I had to keep following up on multiple little things and when I couldn't reach any of them for a couple of days, I almost panicked that I was conned. There was no proactive reach-out to provide critical information needed for the travel. Second, there was no check point with us once the trip started. This is not a good thing. If you want the customer to be satisfied, have a couple of check points to see how they are settling down and if anything needs to be adjusted. 2. Be upfront about how much extra all the entry fees is going to come to - No guidance on what's really worth seeing and what's not and which places have entry fee (which is all of them!). Most of the falls were a waste of money because you see them from far away, especially the Seven Sisters. As tourists, we rely on locals to give us this information so we can utilize our money effectively. 3. Some of the 3 star hotels weren't maintained well. This is not a reflection on the travel agency but I think they should consider this when booking other customers 4. Last but not least, use discretion when a customer complains about the driver - It went fine the initial few days and then we had a conflict with the driver which I expressed to the travel agent I was talking to. I had expected some discretion but because the travel agent complained immediately to the vendor and the vendor called and yelled at the driver, we had to deal with crap for the next 2 days. So, if you are going to complain to the vendor immediately, make sure you change the driver instead of letting the customer deal with it. Also, why was this driver assigned to us if other customers had already complained about him?!

My driver was amazing. Very kind and considerate. About my stays I loved staying at La Kuper inn, Sohra, Cherrapunjee. The hospitality and guest friendliness won my heart but La Castle in Shillong wasn’t a good experience. They didn’t provide proper duvet or blanket for the driver neither did they arrange hot water for him in spite of repeated calls they just kept on saying ‘we are arranging’ but failed to do so. Also, the driver room wasn’t covered properly my driver had to stay up whole night as the room was pretty airy and it was really cold out. Apart from that my travel was amazing.

Overall Good but I want to say something please book hotels near of sightseeing then more time will save in traveling and explore more location. Staying hotel in Cherrapunjee at Breiancy Holiday Inn and sightseeing in Cherrapunjee.

Decent experience with good clean stays and prompt cab service at reasonable price. Itinerary could have been planned more thoughtfully (e.g. activities were planned in Cherrapunjee on Sunday when it is closed), and agent service can be more proactive.

The trip was good except our last day stay in Guwahati. I was already not happy with the hotel. I read the reviews of Click Hotel, Guwahati and they were not good. I discussed the concern with travel agent and he promised that the hotel was very good. Hotel had suffocating small rooms full of mosquitoes. Travel agent tried to sort the issue but it could not be resolved. Click hotel is very bad, please dont stay there. Cab driver was moody. Sometimes he was very friendly and sometimes he would show tantrums. So, again not recommended. Our stay in Heiga in Shillong and 100 waterfall camp in Cherrapunjee was reallygood. One must stay there.

Had a good experience with Indeman Travel Solutions (Sreyansh Pandey) with regard to my family trip comprising Darjeeling, Kaziranga, Shillong, and Cherrapunjee All requested information/suggestions were made available to me as and when requested. Sreyansh managed our tour plan very professionally and was readily available to customize the tour as per our needs. Accommodation and vehicle provided were exceptional considering the package selected. Daily checks during the tour ensured that we could get across any concerns at the earliest and get them resolved at the earliest. Will definitely look forward to connecting with them again for our future travel ventures.

Meghalaya is a place that shines very well during the season. The lush green valleys, huge waterfalls, and scenic routes to cherrapunjee were missing. Seven sister waterfalls and Dianthlen were dead, and other falls had less flow. To put it, The place felt like Lonavala in Dec. It is supposed to look like this until it starts raining. We were already skeptical about the plan at first when we researched as it was during the dry spell however Shekhar convinced us about the lush fields. I expected great input and honesty from the agent given his astounding experience in the industry and was quite disappointed when we reached there. The overall ratings do say something. You will have the same driver for the whole trip. The driver is jolly and quite knowledgeable about the place and also stopped at good restaurants, however, he seemed quite demotivated during certain days and needed some push from our side if we wanted to see something or stop somewhere. Note we were quite mindful that it wasn't inconvenient for him too. At some point, we had to call up the agent to understand the terms of having a private car. All in all, it felt like we were better off planning the trip on our own. Dont miss Shillong peak, Dawki and mawkdawk view point.!

She was very helpful in providing all the details and arranging the trip. Accommodation were of very good quality and car driver was very nice. He knew all the local places and arranged food in good restaurants. Aastha was available over chat/phone during the trip to clear any doubts or provide additional details. She is very soft spoken. Overall it was a very nice trip.

I am very satisfied with this trip Northeast trip. The hotels, it’s ambience with good food and good service and staff. Dawki and Cherrapunjee experience was phenomenal.
