Overall it was a good trip to Dubai though I was in dubai just for 3 days..it could have been better if the planning by tour agent was good because dubai mall and aquarium were so huge that only 4 hours were not enough..we didn't even explore dubai mall, wings of mexico to see the view of burj khalifa..one day we were so busy and next day it was very free..so tour agent could have been planned it better

We had an overall amazing experience with our tour – truly a memorable journey for our family! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The desert safari was a highlight – we absolutely enjoyed it, especially the delicious food, the entertainment shows, and the overall ambiance. The cruise on the first day was also wonderful, with great food and a lovely show to kick things off. Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they? I am highly disappointed with the services provided by World Travel Destination/Travel Triangle during my recent trip to Dubai. I had paid an amount RS 18500 in advance for the tickets to the museum of future which was not provided during the trip due to unavailability. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances, the refund has not been processed till date. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional . Customers trust platform like travel triangle of smooth travel arrangement but such negligence and delay in refunding money damages that trust I urge travel triangle/World travel destination to look into this matter seriously and process the refund immediately . I also advise fellow traveler to be cautious while booking optional activities in advance without confirmation of the availability

Everything was just perfect! The only thing I wasn’t really happy with was the Dubai Hotel. Despite being crowned a 4 star hotel didn’t had any class. I would urge you to choose a better hotel if someone is happy paying some extra money Deser Safari and Rayna tours
