We have just returned from an epic 9 days trip to Dubai. From the moment we started conversations with Vishnu we knew we would be in safe hands. The whole trip worked like clockwork from start to finish, we didn’t worry about anything, and communication was top while we were in Dubai. Our trip to Dubai with Transclick Holidays was excellent. The major contributing factor to this positive review is the coordinator in Dubai, Mr. Hisham Kaleem. His behavior was beyond our expectations. However, there are are some negative aspects too. On the 3rd day, we had to visit the Future Museum & then go for the Desert Safari. But the timings provided for the Future Museum was not good. We had to rush for the Desert Safari & didn't get adequate time in the Future Museum. Another negative point was the schedule for Abu Dhabi tour. We got to see only the BAPS Temple at day light. The rest of the city tour was at night & without any stoppages (doordarshan from the bus window). Even the visit to the Grand Mosque was also at night. This Abu Dhabi tour day was the worst day in our trip. Transclick should have done this in better possible ways. Other days were good & as per our expectations.

Overall rating : 4 out of 5 ( 4 because of Rachana's good coordination) Recommended: Yes if Cons are taken very seriously and book tickets well in advance. Pros: 1. Rachana was very helpful in giving details of the iternary and coordinated really well with our improvising plans and gave multiple options to change iternary. 2. Hotel was good and check in was smooth. 3. Transfer details were on time and we got on time pick up and drop. 4. Transfer drivers were really helpful and assisted for the dos and don'ts. 5. Pick up time , local sight seeing tickets were sent well advance to plan our day. Cons: 1. Hotel location could have been better..There is another Hampton by Hilton near Dehra which would have helped us for easy commute. BOOKING EARLY WOULD HAVE GOT THAT may be. 2. Very tight schedule for couple of days in the iternary. Lunch time was not given although clearly mentioned elders are traveling. 3. Took private transfer thinking it helps with extra time for elders but ended up getting warnings from drivers, Missed dinner for one day. 4. Safari dinner could have been better,there were other places which seems to be good crowded and ours was less crowded. safari dinner was very bad although we got VIP seats. Not recommended. 5. Planning could have been better for 2nd day and 3rd day in the iternary. Due to rush we got delayed to catch cab on time.

10 on 10 I was planning a vaccation to some foreign country but with a specific budget. I inquired on INSTA with my requirements through their specific and formated questioners. Then I got a call from Travel Triangle and they confirmed the same about my requirements. They have this very unique format that they forward our inquires to their 3 registered travels agents. All the 3 agents workout their packages according to our requirement and needs and give us the quotation. Based on agents rating and quotation for the package you can choose your service agent whom you feel comfortable with for booking their services In our case we booked our service through True Blue Travels as our service/travel agent. To start with True Blue Travels we were in talks with Anu madam from Delhi office who very patiently noted all our requirements and places we intend to visit and gave us the best itinerary. She guided us with the budgeted itinerary without compromising our places we wanted to visit. Also while we were in Dubai we always got prompt service and support from their coordinator Ashima Madam. As per the daywise planned itinerary we have got everything they committed us and also their services from on time vehicle, to theme park passes, to entey tickets and everything they made our transfers so easy the drivers we travelled with were so polite and well behaved, mannered, and good guides too as we use to ask them lots of question regarding the place, culture, their working experience etc,. We were 6 adults with 3 kids and none of them had any complaints regarding the service. The hotel stay, hotel service and hotel breakfast was also too good. We won't be doing justice to Travel Trinagle and True Blue Travels if we do not even share our experience associating by planning our trip with them. He had lot of patience to explain and do as per our needs in terms of schedule, pickup drop, which places to visit when etc. Even the team in UAE was extremely helpful and well coordinated. Good service by local tour opeartor Rayna from Dubai.Miscommunication from World travel destination operator.They should communicate clear requirement from client to Rayna local tour in Dubai.I will recoomend to book directly with local tour operator
