*Dubai Trip with Travel Triangle: A Mixed Bag* Overall: My Dubai trip with Travel Triangle offered a customized itinerary at a competitive price, with great hotel selection and included activities. However, communication issues and inflexibility on tours detracted from the experience. Pros: Customization: Travel Triangle built a package that fit my needs, including the hotel and activities I wanted. Hotel: I was very happy with the chosen hotel - [Hyatt and Wyndham]. Selective Activities: I appreciated the option to choose specific activities instead of a pre-set package. Location & Transport: Having included airport transfers and local transportation was convenient. Ground Team: The ground team in Dubai was generally helpful. Competitive Price: I felt I got good value for the price I paid. Sightseeing Flexibility: I liked having some flexibility in choosing which sights to see. Cons: Ticketing Confusion: There were issues with receiving the correct ticketing information for some activities, causing some confusion. Itinerary Clarity: The itinerary for locations could have been clearer, leading to some minor navigation challenges. Shared Tours: Being placed in a shared tour group (SIC) with incompatible travelers wasn't ideal. Driver Rigidity: Drivers' strict adherence to routes and limited flexibility during sightseeing was frustrating. Unprofessional Conduct: Some pick-up and drop-off experiences for sightseeing involved harsh or rude behavior, which put a damper on the mood. Recommendation: While Travel Triangle offered a good value with a customized package, communication and tour flexibility need improvement. If you prioritize clear communication and a relaxed sightseeing experience, you might want to consider other options. However, if you're on a budget and value a customizable itinerary, Travel Triangle could be a good fit, with the caveat that you might need to manage your expectations regarding communication and tour flexibility. 5 Star Rating for Meenakshi: A special shoutout to Meenakshi, the sales executive, who did an excellent job in planning an efficient tour package and itinerary - had tremendous support to arrange a package, understanding activities and plan then accordingly. It is always good to share all clear cut pictures of day trip and other expectations which the Dubai co-ordinator Saeed was speaking when we use to raise a query. When you guys have done so many trip even you will be having clear picture of what and gow things work. Overall the experience was good but clear communication leads to correct expectations and lesser disappoints i would say. Excellent experience on trip to Dubai. Everything was well managed except for 1 or 2 instances. The overall trip was fantastic and organized which helped us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.

Travel agent was good but the cab drivers could have been better. They were very rude and not helpful.

We visited Dubai in March 2024 and booked through Holiday Paradise. Over experience in Dubai was very good except few events 1. On the day of Desert Safari. First of all the driver who came to pick us up from hotel for the safari came in the car where AC was not working. We drive through the 1st drop off point without AC in the afternoon scorching heat. When we told the driver about AC he argued that it was working when he came to pick up. After we called Mr. Miraj another car was arranged but it took one hour for another car to arrive but by the time the old driver wasn't picking the call and he left us and went away with his car. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! After that new car came and we did dune smashing and all. Initially the driver was good but when it came to dropping us back to the hotel, the driver refused to cross the road and drop us till hotel gate. Our kids were sleeping at that time and the driver told us to lift the kids and go walking till the hotel. When we argued with the driver, he tells us " You can go and complain about me I will give you police's number." He was so rude and spoke in such insulting manner even with the senior citizen who was traveling with us. When we reported the incident to the Dubai agency and the agency in India i.e. Mr. Miraj Shaikh, first they are telling to report immediately, but where the network and wifi is an issue, how can we report on the spot. After reaching the hotel, we get a message from the agency that driver said we only sad we will go walking till the hotel, lifting the sleeping kids in our arms. We had to have a long conference call with the driver and the Dubai agent as the driver gave them wrong version of the story. Ultimately driver accepted his mistake but it was a real stress for us traveling. After insisting about the compensation, Mr. Miraj said he said they will give compensation for the things that happened that day. When we were about to end our trip, we asked for compensation but we were told by Mr. Miraj that you aren't eligible for compensation since you have used the service. BUT MY QUESTION STILL IS WHAT ABOUT THE MENTAL HARRASSMENT BY THE DRIVERS? Still no compensation is given. 2. We were told by Mr. Miraj that Café voucher is included in Burj Khalifa visit. We asked him many times what is included in the café voucher or if there is any minimum spent on the voucher, he always said there is no minimum spend and you will find out in the café what's included. Upon going to the café, we were given 1 tin of soft drink per ticket that's it. That was the great complementary inclusion in the café voucher. Things are not clarified before hand by Holiday Paradise. They keep you wondering. 3. As a tour operator, it's Holidya Paradise's duty to give us revert for any query that we raise, but here we have to keep taking follow-ups from the agency. They won't revert till the time you keep asking for the update. 4. Travel Triangle as a platform is good but be careful in choosing the right agency.

We used J Square Holidays Private Limited when in Dubai to visit Abu Dhabi for a day trip. Moliaka was really knowledgeable about all places to visit and did take us to places we didn’t have on our list. He made our trip really comfortable and enjoyable.
