are given wrong information, wrong hotel name, and after waiting for 40-45 mins we provided with the number of hotel. But the hotel is good. Drivers and cabs are well, good behaved, road trip is awesome from Gangtok to Lachen to Lachung. Airport pick up and drop driver is also good.

Hotels were all beautifully located. We loved everything about the trip. It was sooo memorable. Thank You Travel Triangle for making this happen. Everything ... Everything was exceptional. Especially transfers from Gangtok to Lachen... lachen to Gurudongmar Lake... Return to Lachung then from Lachung to yumthang valley.... And return to Gangtok Transfer to Darjeeling was also very beautiful.

good. Lachen and Lachung trips were excellent, driver was also very nice. Gangtok trip was also very good. Had some up-downs for Peilling trip, as hotel voucher was not working and had to switch hotel for 2nd day. Driver was not paying for parking despite inclusion of parking fees. Though it was refunded later by travel agent. One point of improvement would be, they out source the traveling and sometimes drivers are on 3rd or 4th sub-contract so, issues like timing, parking fees etc. arises, if this could be taken care then it would be good. Cabs The Driver allotted for local sightseeing in Sikkim did not come . we were given another cab but the driver came late and did not show us most of the Sightseeing points in Gangtok. He was in a hurry and just dropped us at one of the Points and told us to manage going to the Hotel. We felt this as unprofessional. For Nathula Pass, we were told to get ready to 5.30 am in the Morning. However the Cab came to pick us up at 7.30 AM. Barring these two incidents, rest all other days, Cabs and Driver were very good. Sikkim is beautiful with natural beauty. We had a good family time

ed. Stepney available with car was totally worn out. Compelled to travel with that stepney compromising safety. As expected, before we reach Lachen, on the way, again the tyre got flattened. Very next day our trip was planned for Gurudongmar lake. M/s Jere was pressurizing us to visit to Lake with that car only. We straight refused to accept their proposal but still they were pursuing. After lots of deliberation, we said that we are cancelling our Lake trip, because it will be a serious safety compromise for our family. Finally, at 23:00hrs night they arranged one local vehicle for Lake visit. During this process tried to contact TRAVEL TRANGLE multiple times but they did not pick my call. I am really disappointed with the attitude of TRAVEL TRANGLE. NOT EXPECTED. So, by the grace of GOD if nothing wrong happened during tour, then it's your good luck. But if something happens then you have to suffer, Travel Trangle will not extend support. Finally, we had to travel from Lachen via Lachung to Gangtok with no stepney, mind it no stepney in our vehicle. It was a scary journey for us. Thank you, GOD.

pickup time for next day should have been informed a day prior. It led to irritation as we were ready and drivers came late for first 3-4 days. 2. First 2 cars were not clean from inside. Especially last seat windows had too much dust. 3. As we had senior citizens and hotels did not have lifts, they had to climb 3 stairs almost 3-4 times a day at our last hotel in Darjeeling. Please make sure to get the rooms on ground or first floor if there are senior citizens in groups. 4. We were not informed regarding toy train booking earlier, otherwise we would have booked it by ourselves beforehand. Also, when we asked for booking, we were not informed that you guys are charging 300 per person extra just to book a ticket online. We came to know when we checked ourselves. 5. If senior citizens and children are there in group, please suggest 2 nights stay in Lachung, as it becomes too hectic to travel to and from Lachung plus sightseeing in 2 days and 1 night stay. Apart from these points, we had beautiful experience in Sikkim and Darjileeng. Thanks for wonderful trip
