"The thing I most liked about Wise Yatra is the flexibility they give while customising an itinerary. Ours being a kind of budget tour of France and Italy from 10.02.2024 to 22.02.2024, the hotels WY had provided for us were all top notch. The breakfast at each of the hotels were to die for. Compared to their counterparts like SOTC, Thomas Cook, MMT, the company and it's team were very much flexible and supportive when it came to the payment schedule. We made 80% payment of the total tour cost only 7 days before the commencement of the tour as our Visa got approved only a week before the tour. Wise Yatra completely understood our situation and didn't demand for payment of installment till the time our Visa was approved. During the tour, when we were on our own enjoying the beauty of Europe, they were kind enough to check on us whether we were doing all good and stuff. WiseYatra team followed up for every single step. While finalising the itenary, they do their best to resolve all our queries and fulfill all the requirement.
