- If you are just taking the ride to enjoy the view and not to climb Mt. Apharwat, then you need to take both Phase I and Phase II rides to truly appreciate its beauty
- In summers snow can be seen from Phase 2, in winter Phase I is enough to get a glimpse of snow
- Ticket to second stage gondola ride is available at the end of first stage
- Keep warm and wear woolens since the cold gets you at that height.

Shardul's 4 days trip to Gulmarg
The hotels were good and clean. With professional staff. However they were all very far away from city center. In case of gulmarg the hotel was about 13 km away from the intended location which changes the topography and ecology of the region.
The travel agent also forgot to pay to the hotel causing unnecessary delays.

We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.

We did had overall a good experience with travel Triangle. Thank you Arsh for curating the itinerary as per the requirement.
But two things we faced during the travel which have us a bitter experience:
1. We were not intimated about the actual cost of the union cabs and guide which we needed too pay additionally. It would have been great if we knew the additional approximate amount.
2. The amount of time people demanding tip ..
