Visited as per the Itinerary in between 21-24 February'20. On time pickup, hotel was great even provided early check-in without any hassle. One of the best locations if you want to relax. Staff was decent and polite and service was also very fine. Other services provided are also up to the marks. Main highlight of the trip was our travel agent "SIDHAK TRAVELS". Mr. Navdeep, Mr. Gagandeep and Samiksha all are eager to help whenever I called them no matter what the time is or where they are present. Personally I am thankful to Mr. Navdeep for his throughout support. During my stay I called him on 10:30 pm and to my surprise he picked and sorted out the issue that took around 1 hour. Later I came to know that he was on dinner with his family. Really appreciated. And best part all three of them call you until you safely reach your home. Best wishes.

Trip was planned well 1st stay at khandela property was very beautiful and worth Next day Sarang palace was worst very worst no proper service Very bad rooms Not at all upto the package cost .. I wish I could get a refund for that hotel Worst place to stay 8 times the lights went off No tv working No toiletries Very bad Won’t book a package with traveltriangle again for this kind of hotel at so high price Khandela haweli. Best place best service best food ❤️ Cab driver was also very supportive and calm

Tanmay's 3 days trip to Rajasthan

The Travel Agent was continuously after me for the payment which I had clearly mentioned earlier (after the advance payment) that I'll make the full payment on arrival. Later on arrival, the agent insisted to transfer fund to their account rather than Travel Triangle Ac. Many other payment issues like paying for fuel etc. In order to clarify this I had called Apoorva also but she didnt pick up. We didn't like that. The driver was very courteous and gentle but didn't have recent information about the places we were about to visit coz of which we missed a couple of places as we were late. This was my 4th trip with Travel Triangle and sorry to say but worst of all.

trip is good but only issue with the check in time at hotel,,,waited 2 hrs and did not get early check in. You should inform the traveller that you will get the room at this time, so that traveler should be ready for that.

The stay in the camp was very nice only the issue we have faced was with the cab the agent didn't inform us that the cab is given just for pick up and drop and not for sightseeing . So, have to manage that on ourself as we were new to that area we faced a bit as well bcoz don't know the sightseeing areas
