After arriving at the Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, you will be met by a representative of the travel agent and transferred to Shillong as part of the perfectly planned Meghalaya tour packages. We had a great time on our recent vacation to Shillong, Cheerapunji. The places are scenic right out of a post card. Must visit. The hills, the waterfalls, caves and the rivers everything is so untouched and beautiful. Our driver was not very friendly and did not support us much. If he had better information sharing then we would have more comfortable trip. Overall great places to visit.

La Krupa Inn hotel room was not up to the mark but for both of my stay I.e. in TreeTops and in LA Krupa hospitality was great. Chirrapunji visit was wonderful and memorable.. due to too much traffic had to miss lots of places in Shillong.

Meghalaya is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Less crowd, sweet localities, good food and amazing views makes Meghalaya the most serene place to visit! My experience with was so good! They were very well responsive from the beginning, I never had second thoughts about booking with them due to their professionalism. The driver ( Rana ) provided was very knowledgeable and very professional and sweet. Our family travelling and never felt unsafe or unsure. They took special care of the accommodation as I had asked for it. They delivered on every inclusion in a timely manner. I did not have even one hassle throughout the trip. The itinerary was well planned and gave sufficient time for all the activities. Over all, the place was beyond beautiful and the organization was done almost flawlessly. It was a once in a lifetime trip made smooth and hiccup.

'Woodland hill stay' is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel personnel are not amicable, breakfast is very limited and not good, room size is not at par with the price, we were asked to shift the room the second day only God knows why. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Travel agent was good only till the booking. Good hotel and English speaking driver were the two requests I told Ms. Megha and she assured before booking. Hotel feedback is like above. Driver doesn't have minimum English knowledge to communicate and even after I requested to change the driver, she has sent the same driver and I found very difficult communicating with him. Our driver from the day we started not told about the time it is going to take. He was terribly silent throughout the journey. Unless we asked he didn’t give any information about the visiting place. When asked when we reach our destination, he casually told within an hour whereas it took 3 hours though he was driving at good speed and safely. Just he would tell the name of the spot and leave us. Of course he was courteous and polite but lacking informative talking. In any tour, the driver who is going to be with you through out the tour should be like a guide. He should tell you how much time it is going to take for each tourist spot. Our stay at the resort “Abode of Clouds “ in Cherrapunji is the best one. The scenery around the resort is wonderful, beautiful, Awesome. Umngot river in Dwaki is superb. The spot Gift of caves is really beautiful. Stroll through Mawsmai cave is an adventurous one. Distance is less but travelling time through the hills consume much of the time. Meghalaya tour is a seven day trip unfortunately we had less time , 3 days only and couldn’t explore or enjoy. If anyone wishes to enjoy the nature in its purest form it is in Cherrapunji, Meghalaya. Though it is a short tour we have packed life time memories.

Please look for some better hotel in Cherrapunjee other than LA KUPAR INN. Subject hotel under renovation, water leakage found in three points in our room. Eee Cee hotel is excellent. But provide same hotel for staying in Shillong. Room/Hotel change is not always compulsory I think!!

Thanks Nikhita and Reify for the memorable trip to Assam and Meghalaya .We were a group of 7 people and had only 3N-4D for this trip due to which we had a lot of changes to our itinerary. Ms Nikhina Chauhan was helpful right from the beginning, trying to understand every aspect of my travel plan, giving her inputs and suggestions whenever required, and always coming up with better options . She used to call up everyday and check with us on daily feedback and updates. Unfortunately, We didn't get time to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the road closure and short duration of our trip but it was an apt plan in that short duration & we have made a lot of memories with adorable Meghalaya. The best part of our trip were -Trek to Double decker living root bridge, Boating in Dawki river and Umiam lake. All the hotels were awesome, among which cafe cherrapunjee is the best where Nikhita has arranged a Bonfire on our special request .Driver was polite and courteous but the only thing was he should be more communicative and give more information about the places .Special to mention, Many Thanks to the management of Cafe Cherrapunjee and Nikhita for sending my missing items back to Hyderabad all the way from Meghalaya. Kudos to Nikhita and Reify ! We would definitely recommend you to my friends and family with 5 stars. Looking forward to more such wonderful trips with you!!

We were traveling for the most part of our Meghalaya trip, and the itinerary was not very good. Even with the few constraints we had, it could have been planned better—most of the places we reached by the day's end and could not enjoy at all. The hotel in Cherapunji (which was changed - we booked for something else) had its kitchen closed and it wasted a lot of time during the previous day night (as we had to take dinner somewhere else and it is not very easy to find many restaurants in Cherapunji) and breakfast was not given (only tea/coffee and bread-butter were given). As per the Traveltriangle, do not expect them to give you any time after the trip booking. Keep calling or sending emails but they will not at all respond to you.
