      We had a great time on our recent vacation to Shillong, Cheerapunji. The places are scenic right out of a post card. Must visit. The hills, the waterfalls, caves and the rivers everything is so untouched and beautiful. Our driver was not very friendly and did not support us much. If he had better information sharing then we would have more comfortable trip. Overall great places to visit.

      Meghalaya is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Less crowd, sweet localities, good food and amazing views makes Meghalaya the most serene place to visit! My experience with was so good! They were very well responsive from the beginning, I never had second thoughts about booking with them due to their professionalism. The driver ( Rana ) provided was very knowledgeable and very professional and sweet. Our family travelling and never felt unsafe or unsure. They took special care of the accommodation as I had asked for it. They delivered on every inclusion in a timely manner. I did not have even one hassle throughout the trip. The itinerary was well planned and gave sufficient time for all the activities. Over all, the place was beyond beautiful and the organization was done almost flawlessly. It was a once in a lifetime trip made smooth and hiccup.

      The hotel in Guwahati was not good. The hotel room window was broken and there wasn’t any hot water. The second hotel was great. The waterfalls and the caves were amazing.

      We had great time at Meghalaya. Eventhough we had requested for an English speaking driver as per request for the trip, we were provided with a driver who doesn't know English. But we could manage somehow with him in Hindi. The hotel at Shillong was very good compared to other hotel/resort. Eventhough parking was included in the itinerary, in many places in Meghalaya, this fees is mentioned as Entry fee and hence we were forced to pay for the Entry/parking fees for the vehicle. Even in few places it was mentioned as parking fees, we were paying for that too. We had taken CPAI plan. So we were ready to pay for our meals for lunch and dinner. But the restaurants that we were taken to have food were overpriced with respect to the quantity of food we received, even though the food was good. Boat ride in Dawki river and Canyon view points

The driver Moon Mohammad was also very enthusiastic in showing us various tourist places and some offbeat locations. Our time at KrangShuri falls, dawki lake were the best of the best memories.

      YES I GOT GOOD SERVICE FROM TRAVEL KUTIR - MEGHALAYA, THEY ARE QUITE ATTENTIVE TO THEIR TRAVELLER. , WE GOT NICE HOTEL AT SHILONG , AT ITS LOCATION A 7-8 KM AWAY FROM TOWN . TREE TOP HOTEL IS BEST OF ITS KIND, STAFFS ARE VERY GOOD . BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD. ON THE OTHER HAND THE HOTEL THAT THEY PROVIDED US AT CHERRAPUNJI -SOHAR WAS NOT UPTO STANDARD. LOCATION IS FARAM FROM TOWN AND FOOD ARE OF POOR QUALITY. ROOMS ARE QUITE OK BUT BATH ROOM WAS NOT OF GOOD STANDARD----BREIANCY HOLIDAY INN, 6MWR+4VJ, SOHAR-LAITKYNSEW RD. ONETHING I LIKE TO SAY THAT AGENT S NOT ACTIVE , DRIVER DID NOT COME ON TIME TO TAKE ME FOR MY JURNEY, I WAS WAITED FOR 2 HRS AT THE STATION AND NO COMMUNICATION WAS DONE TO ME. AGENT PHONE WAS SWITCH OFF. MY SELF ALONG WITH MY 10 FAMILY MEMBER WERE AT STATION FOR 2HRS DRIVER ATTENDED TO ME AFTER 2HRS

      Please look for some better hotel in Cherrapunjee other than LA KUPAR INN. Subject hotel under renovation, water leakage found in three points in our room. Eee Cee hotel is excellent. But provide same hotel for staying in Shillong. Room/Hotel change is not always compulsory I think!!

      Thanks Nikhita and Reify for the memorable trip to Assam and Meghalaya .We were a group of 7 people and had only 3N-4D for this trip due to which we had a lot of changes to our itinerary. Ms Nikhina Chauhan was helpful right from the beginning, trying to understand every aspect of my travel plan, giving her inputs and suggestions whenever required, and always coming up with better options . She used to call up everyday and check with us on daily feedback and updates. Unfortunately, We didn't get time to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the road closure and short duration of our trip but it was an apt plan in that short duration & we have made a lot of memories with adorable Meghalaya. The best part of our trip were -Trek to Double decker living root bridge, Boating in Dawki river and Umiam lake. All the hotels were awesome, among which cafe cherrapunjee is the best where Nikhita has arranged a Bonfire on our special request .Driver was polite and courteous but the only thing was he should be more communicative and give more information about the places .Special to mention, Many Thanks to the management of Cafe Cherrapunjee and Nikhita for sending my missing items back to Hyderabad all the way from Meghalaya. Kudos to Nikhita and Reify ! We would definitely recommend you to my friends and family with 5 stars. Looking forward to more such wonderful trips with you!!

      Hi.. I am grateful to travel triangle for making my dream come true. It was a nice customized trip plan for shillong which I enjoyed thoroughly with my family. The cab driver was very professional and summed up as our local guide too..sight seeing went according to the itinerary..stay at shillong was good.. we were not happy with our stay at Cherrapunji as we had asked for a room for 2adults n 1kid...the room provided was too small with a small bed.no extra mattress given for kid even after requesting..other than this everything went off well..our travel agent was good enough to take care of our needs..but he didn't answer back our calls on the last day when we desperately wanted to change our hotel..that was a part of our experience...next time we prefer to have better experience with travel triangle.       We have been quoted for 3star Hotel but except Hotel Blueberry In of Shillong we did not find rest 2 hotels up to the mark. Landmark wood property is good but Room and services are not at all satisfactory . Does not have proper lighting, hot water, telephone was not working and in TV there are very limited channels NO KIDS CHANNEL AT ALL. 3 night lamps were lit inside the room and only source for the lighting. Also Hotel of Cherrapunji does not have hot water in their Tap , hot water provided in the bucket Cab which was provided does not have carrier at the top so he had to keep our partial luggage on the seat which make our drive uncomfortable. Beauty of Assam n Meghalaya is awesome, mesmerising natural beauty is the main attraction.
