Hi, we book the complete package for Jaisalmer for 3 days 2 nights and hotels and a swiss test house nice. We didn't face any issues to the package. But we faced some issues with the camel ride is We completed the package but once we take the camel they take 10 -15 minutes and they said if you pay more we take you a further 2 KM. or back to the hotel. we pay the additional amount for a complete camel ride.

jaisalmer was overall very beautiful experience . we would have been more comfortable if the agent would have worked more on our itinerary and have asked for our food preferences. we could hardly spend time in jodhpur and kept rushing from one place to another.

Our trip to Jaisalmer was planned very well and executed well. The hotel and the dessert camp stay was good. Driver Bhom singh was very good, polite, patient and helpful. Only one point I would like to highlight over is that the food in Sunrise dessert resort was good but the menu for both breakfast and dinner was repeated for both thr days which was a monotonous for us and since it was dessert area we couldn't explore anything outside. One suggestion for you guys is that when you suggesting 2nights package for dessert camping see to it that atleast there is some change in the food menu for both the days. Otherwise overall our trip was very good and a memorable one for us.

We had a decent experience with Global Trek Travel. But 2 issues need to be reported here. 1) We stayed one night in a Desert Camp in Jaisalmer and our package did include free Jeep Safari. But the camp in-charge asked for Rs 2200 extra for the Jeep safari. Luckily we re-confirmed our travel schedule and went ahead with the Jeep Safari with them and did not pay anything. Later he (camp in-charge ) realized his mistake and apologized to us - but we were almost agreed to give him extra money for the Jeep safari ride. 2) We traveled to Jaisalmer from Kolkata - thus we had to take 2 flights - 1) from Kolkata to Ahmedabad and 2) from Ahmedabad to Jaisalmer. Air tickets were paid by us and was not part of package cost. Originally we planned to stay 3 nights (2nd, 3rd, 4th Jan 2020) in Rajasthan and our package cost, car service charges, and hotels were booked based on that plan. But due to unavailability of our return flight (from Jaisalmer to Ahmedabad) , we decided to take Red-Bus service in the night (at 9:30 PM) of 4th Jan. Thus hotel stay on 4th Jan were not needed, as well as there was no more need for car service after Jan 4th night . Travel agent did book the bus tickets for us, but they did not provide any kind of hotel for short stay on Jan 4th night. That was needed since our bus started at 9:30 PM and we were exhausted after full day travel in Jaisalmer. We had to pay for that night's stay in a hotel, as well as next morning's (Jan 5th) hotel stay at Ahmedabad. Altogether ~ Rs. 1800/- extra were paid by us. We requested our travel agent to book any hotel in Ahmedabad, but they could not since they do not operate in Ahmedabad. So we had to find a decent hotel by ourselves after getting down from Bus in the chilly, early morning of Jan 5th. Other than these hassles, trip went smooth. Car driver was very nice and helpful. Desert camp was kind of okay - but hotel stay at 1st night was nice.

On first day, we were taken to Tour Pedia office when we're already hungry and they tried to extract more money saying that road to longewala is not good and we have to use the alternate road. After chatting with the agent, we got to know that no need to pay extra money. Guides insisted on tips and took us to shops where they get commission and we were actually cheated for few thousands. Desert camp needed AC, we were told it's not required - the temperature was high around 38 even after sunset. We switched to AC room by paying extra money. Hotel guys also added Jeep Safari without our consent and charged money

although the trip was good. First 4 days are well managed but on last day, we suffered a lot, as the hotel was not good and no proper arrangement for food, and there was no cab at first half but later on they arranged a cab and drop us at railway station by evening.

The driver are arranging guides and saying it's complimentary from agency and they are only taking to few monuments and are taking us to shopping centres...these are very tough to escape ...in jaisalmer...they missed the main fort and only showed us museums owned by private...When asked they said it will take a lot of time....if this is a case we will be completely trapped and whole purpose of travel is gone....we good only covered ajmer fort ..jantar mantar and jalmahal...other 2 forts...hawamahal was skipped since they took us to few cottage industries saying they are really good...once you enter you are completely trapped as they will not allow you out until you are going through all there shops Shingvi haveli stay...staff is very good..beautiful rooms...and view....although issue is the congested way to each there Jodhpur fort....was very good Hotel Pallete golden heritance - wonderful stay NIKHIL our trip agent was also very supportive

Took a trip with traveltriangle (and DIU holidays) to Rajasthan. It was my first trip via traveltriangle based on quotes and feedback from friends. But it turn out to be not so good. Contact person from TT was not available at all, when i need to callback, it was automated system no real person. Only time i got response is the time when i paid money installment. Even automated system asked for number so that TT can callback, but not received any call. So anyone booking with TT should note that TT will NOT be there when you need. Good thing in trip was Contact person from DIU holidays, he picked phone when required and had been in kind of constant touch. You can count on them. Coming to trip itself: DRIVER was worst, his objective was just to pass the time so that he don't have to drive and find a free parking even if we have to walk long distances (parking, toll etc. was included in our price). He will say negatives things about spots that were mentioned in itinerary so that we dont visit that place and refuse slightest detour as it was not part of itinerary. first HOTEL was not so good, far far from city and not at all family environment (it was a OYO hotel, you know what goes with those). Second HOTEL was good. Best thing was Sultan resort and sand dunes. DIU had planned trip well and will definitely book with them in future.
