Authentic Traveler Reviews

Read on to find out why our customers love us!

Chaitra's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

Everything was nice. The hotels were decent and driver was having a good behaviour towards us. The hotel issue happened was with the hotel that was provided to us in Jaipur and later driver took us to wrong camp in Jaisalmer. All these things have been resolved by the agent on the trip itself. So, quite happy with the service. Only that if these minor issues would not been happened that this would have been an amazing trip of ours.

Sathwick's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

It was a very well planned trip of ours. Everything was smooth and perfect. The hotels that were provided to us in Jaipur, Bikaner and Jaisalmer i will rate them as 5/5 it was so good, only the hotel that was provided to us in Jodhpur that is Hotel Treebo Marwar was pathetic , there the room was not at all comfortable and infact the meal quality was so poor that we even had a medical emergency. And in all this our driver who was supposed to be with us for 7 days has helped us alot whether for cleaning the cab daily or for guiding us it did everything so well. Also even our medical emergency also he and the agent helped us in all there possible manner. In short, it was a very well planned and managed trip.

Anandj's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

Jaisalmer visit was very pathetic. My hotel was pathetic, camps were not booked. I have to wait there for an hour and asked Rs.15000 extra for check in.This amount is above then the package cost, They have informed me this thing only 2 days before the trip. No camel ride were provided as they mentioned it as complimentary. I have done it on direct payment basis.

Devdutt's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

I went on a tour for 8 days with my family and it was our very good experience , only few points that i want to mention is the hotel in udaipur was not upto the mark , it could have been better if i compare it with hotels provided and with the driver, there was 2 drivers provided to us , one was from Jaipur to Jaisalmer which i would rate as 5/5 , but the 2nd driver who was there with us for Jaisalmer and Udaipur was also good behaviour wise or maintenance of cab wise but the only issue with him was regarding the places he doesn't disclose the information properly. Rest everything was good on the trip it was our good experience
